- The situation remains very much the same with the exception of the strongest earthquake so far today, a M4.5 at 9:40 (UTC), 10:40 local time in El Hierro W Frontera at sea and 20km depth. It was felt around the island, but no reports yet, from other islands.

..Buenos días, este 4.9 me hace recordar la crisis del año 2011 (imposible de olvidar), las medidas y despliegue tomadas en esa crisis (UME, bomberos, protección civil, etc...), cuando se esperaba un 4.6 como mucho, cerraron el túnel, evacuaron diferentes zonas, una de ellas parte de mi pueblo Las Puntas (sobretodo por el peligro de los desprendimientos), y ahora parece que están a la mano de dios, la sismicidad cada vez más fuerte, más desprendimientos, y cada vez menos INFORMACIÓN...tendremos que esperar que la consejera llegue de sus vacaciones (esquiando en no sé dónde), el presidente por Madeira, mientras la isla sigue vibrando cada vez más...en fin..

We spoke before about Iran using these islands against the U.S., now perhaps we should consider if North Korea could see them as a potential means of attacking the U.S. East coast? Shortly after considering the Iranian angle we witnessed Russian, Venezuelan and Syrian naval ships frequenting the actual eruption site area off and on a couple times over a period of a month or two. That furthered suspicion. BTW, a 4.9! I knew the old girl had it in her! And, I don't shink she's anywhere near being done...she's just a patient lady who operates on her own time.
