"The Space Preservation Treaty (SPT) is a proposed international treaty to ban space weapons in whole, an expansion on part of the Outer Space Treaty, which bars States Parties to the Treaty from placing nuclear weapons or any other weapons of mass destruction in orbit of Earth, installing them on the Moon or any other celestial body, or to otherwise station them in outer space. The Treaty would establish a peacekeeping agency to monitor outer space and enforce the ban on space-based weapons. Its U.S. national companion, the Space Preservation Act, was introduced for the fourth time to the United States House of Representatives by Congressman Dennis Kucinich on May 18, 2005."

The bill was designed to "preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind." So, we have a member of the House of Representatives asserting that chemtrails are a reality...and that they should be considered a weapon. We also have the same person asserting that extraterrestrial weapons, environmental, climate and tectonic weapons are maintained by someone...otherwise, and sense this is a treaty for the U.S., if we don't actually have them, why include them in the wording of this legislation? Is he refrencing some future weapon that hasn't been created yet just to make sure he's covering all the bases...including those of the future? If so...why didn't he just state "All future weapons of mass destruction or weapons of evniornmental destruction"? Why would he list extraterresterial weapons if they weren't already in our possession? Why list tectonic weapons if they weren't already available to us?

AND...WHY WOULD THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE BE THE PARTY TO REJECT THIS POLICY??? PERHAPS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ENGAGE THE USE OF THESE PARTICULAR WEAPONS AND/OR MAYBE BECAUSE THEY'RE ALREADY USING THEM???

This is such a strange confirmation of chemtrails, extraterresterial, environmental and tectonic weapons...and yet, there are still so many that deny that these things even exist! Sorry but...when a guy in his position, having the ears to hear and the eyes to see things that the common American CAN'T, I say we read between the lines and realize what we're being told here.
