I've done time in jail, and group up in chicago. Watched it first hand.. In jail, you don't see saggers, they write you up for that, and when I was there, they didn't do that anyway.

I was however constantly in the hoods, and had some friends that this happen to. No need to believe me, believe what ever you wish, it's your right..
