I concur, shit happens all the time. Sometimes it's deep shit sometimes it's not so deep shit.

At the moment it's deep deep shit but we'll get through it, we have been here before.

A war or two is probably on the cards somewhere involving one or more nuclear power, i don't believe it will end in a holocaust nor will it drive other countries to engage into a nuclear war.

However I believe there will be a war which will be long, drawn out and involve the whole world at the negotiation table at the UN to prevent one.


Things outside of our control like meteors, comets and asteroids then it is likely if not certain we will be hit at some time in the future, however I don't believe a major event will happen within my lifetime.

However, I do think there is a potential for the human race to kill itself before any comet kills the earth, but also not particularly through war.

Populations are growing, earths resources are shrinking, we are all responsible, the weather experienced in the USA over the last two years is a prime example of the effects of changes and impact from humans. If the people of the USA you carry on driving your gas guzzlers, eating your meat products.

Economically I agree we are fucked, but then again I am lucky I have the privilege of having one of those hated bankers in the family who advised me well on things like gold.

My wife and I are in a position where we own our own home which is paid up, we have no debts and if we haven't got it we don't spend it. Everything we own is paid for. We've earned and paid for everything up front on advice give by someone who earned $30,000,000 a year successively for the last five years.

I have been trying to pass that advice on to people over the last five years,

I worked for a national newspaper a number of years ago in a job earning $90K a year, I told my boss sell your holiday home and buy gold, unfortunately he ignored me.

He is now $500K down as a result of that.?

People nowadays make choices on what they listen to rather than examining what is in front of them properly.

If you are to listen to anything on this site I suggest you look into it yourself before making decisions.

My advice is do everything you can to educate and develop your skills, look at growing your own food even if it's only in baskets from your porch. Try it.

If you learn to nurture your plants to grown your own food you will learn to nurture yourself to become self sufficient and not reliant on help.

That is what the majority of people miss in the USA and EU , they're too reliant on the state to provide for them.

Learn to look after yourself, start by growing winter onions and tomatoes in spring. it's a quick good and easy lesson to help you understand how you should look at life.
