If it is the ceremony, it is perfect!!

If it is a reading... it is way to long.

The format that works best for any speech is:
1)Tell them what you are going to tell them
2)Tell them
3)Then tell them again.

Remember, people don't have very long attention spans..lol
So you want to drive home the essence of you message as neatly and as quickly as possible.
