My daughter Kati-ti has plans to fly in over the weekend.

Not going to happen because it was the storm surge that got us during Katrina. I am confident the pumps can handle this rain for the most part.

The bottom of the Mississippi will be clogged and the forecast is rain, rain, rain for the mississippi and ohio river valleys for the weekend. watch for the mississippi, missouri and ohio rivers to flood.

It will be interesting to see if the people in New Orleans have figured it out yet.

Not wishing any bad on anyone, but not in a position to stop it if it comes either...just an observer for the time being.
