Here's the problem with groups.

You're very likely not going to have much warning. You're going to get stuck with your neighbors in most cases. So if your neighbors are not prepared as you are, you will either need to hide your goods or share it and lose everything. The chances your neighbors are setup for doom are not good. The first few weeks people will continue to put out their garbage as if its going to get picked up.

By the end of those weeks, shit is going to be tough. You will see looting the second people see they're on their own. So anyone who doesn't get to that food early is screwed. You will see roving bands of people within the first two weeks. You better hope you don't live near a bunch of democrats. You will need guns or hand over you food. You better hide your women, btw.

If you have a cabin or someplace where your family and friends have decided to meet in such situations you better look out. Travelling after the first week is going to be dangerous. You will see roadblocks. Both official and unofficial. "Official" roadblocks can still be very dangerous. Your best bet, load up and get the fuck out the cities quick.

You should keep a stash of gasoline on hand before any doom. When you tank runs dry, use that gas in your car and fill the tanks back up. You can't store gasoline indefinitely. Its better to have fresh gas on hand.

Lets say you arrive at a location with your family and friends from around the state and country. I guarantee the people who live in that area are not going to be pleased. You better have strong roots in that community. New arrivals will not be welcome, especially to those in that area who are not prepared and see your food, supplies and women as items of desire.

Most urban areas will be like warzsones with mass migrations of people fleeing its retarded setup. Areas hundreds of miles outside these cities will be devastated by these hordes. Its best to be well out of the way. At night, keep your area dark. No lights. You don't want some starving gangsta wannabe to know where you are.
