Hype much? You could work for the mainstream media. Volcanoes have been erupting on a regular basis for millions of years, so nothing new there. This is monsoon, typhoon and hurricane season -- there are bound to be deluges somewhere in the equatorial regions. It's also summer in the northern hemisphere -- there are bound to be heatwaves. 'Tis also the season for wildfires, and mass die-offs have occurred with sad regularity over the decades and centuries and millennia. Viruses also constantly mutate -- that's how they survive. Oh -- and those geeks at CERN are not representative of all of mankind, so I'm no sure why our species as a whole should screw itself.

Yes, the earth is going through changes; it always goes through changes. The current changes appear to be more vigorous than at other times, but that's still no reason to panic and head for the hills. When it's panic time, we'll know. More volcanoes erupting, more sinkholes, more earthquakes, more strange twisters/ waterspouts, more wildfires, more heatwaves all off the scales past ten days just like psszzz predicted.
