they are awful. i had trouble with them during hurricane ike. we had no power at the bank, they couldn't make my payment and so boa slapped me with 29.9% interest when i had 4.9% before. i had never missed a payment or even been late. i had paid more if i had extra money, but it didn't matter one bit to them.
