I would go in a heartbeat in a swarm of a million heads to tell these people its over but unfortunately everyone is to busy for self and then cries when injustices are committed against them ~sigh~ |

These people live literally miles from their nearest neighbors, in the desert. They are bothering no one. But the government wants them to comply with intrusive and expensive regulations in order to be 'allowed' to stay. Such as paying thousands of dollars to bring electricity to their humble living quarters. WOW - THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. FUCK THEM. NEXT TIME THEY COME, BREAK OUT A FIREHOUSE AND BLAST THEM OFF THE PROPERTY. |

Revelation 13:16-17 The key word here is forced. Its coming people, and most will accept it. They will choose to save their earthly life over righteousness. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. Matthew 16:25 |

By the way if you're homeless with a driver's license the best thing you can do is buy a used moving truck with a sliding door partition between the driver's area and the bed. Set up a room in the back with a bed, some camping lanterns (no fire), and get a shitload of quilts for the winter. |

Easier to do if you're by yourself. Be aware of what you KNOW and what you BELIEVE. Don't ever let what you believe block the path of knowledge, for knowledge is truth. Belief is a temporary crutch at best, and crutches are for disabled people. |

They have the spirit of people who lived out on the frontier. I assume they have to pay property taxes on their land, which is unfortunate, but for that they can send their children to the "local" school. Other than that, they should be left alone and allowed peaceful enjoyment of their property. |

The council put town water on and then decreed that it was necessary to remove all tank systems in order to connect to the town system. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1366100 Now after all these years and a few major droughts, the same wise council gives you a rebate to put the tanks back. Before all the buttraping bushfires in the Blue Mountains of NSW, it was illegal to have a water tank because it looked "unsightly". They changed their minds for some reason... Easier to do if you're by yourself. Yes, it's the Bedouin way, in areas that do not have private property rights. But California has private property rights supposedly, and these guys have the private property. Mike Antonovich just hates that. Even moreso, that the land there is probably cheap enough that you too could buy a patch, put up a cheap structure and live there. This sort of self-reliance is the American way as we used to know it. |
