I believe putting scrutiny on the gravity wave sensor and possible scaler capabilities around that earth quake in Virginia might have been the ticket. Planned to build a gravity wave in Japan. These devices might have the capabilty to create a so called ant-gravity phase beam of protons to take out nukes, asteroids, and comets that theaten the U.S.. Russians may have warned us they can take the system down if we get to cocky with an Earthquake. Nukes are obsolete now perhaps. Beginning of a secret scaler war perhaps?

Change their direction of spin backwards potentially turns them into their matching anti-matter ion beam. When anti-matter ions meet their opposite spinning normal matter relatives they potentially repel one another and excite their nucleus's potentially enough to disingrate them. Elinin's fate perhaps? Scaler waves potentially can manipulate and convert one type of matter at the ionic level to another. Scalerwaves may have ability to explode nuclear radioactive materials includeing nuke plants. Russia might not like haveing such facility in Japan and may have warned D.C. that they are vulnerable too. Just speculation, no proof and don't know much of this tech.

Dutchsinse isn't the only one out there who believes in the dangers of HAARP. Apparently, the Japanese believe it too. Even HAARP's own data records show there was a tremendous amount of heating going on at the spot over Fukushima in the days leading up to the quake.

B) A lot of people who have listened to Dutchsinse's advice have saved life and limb because of it. Coincidence much? I think not.

C) If you honestly think the Army and Navy who jumped all over HAARP after the patents came out in the 80s during the Stars Wars era are just up there "tinkering" with the ionosphere, you are naive at best.
