i want to see the actual letter the epa sent callicrate, not a rehash on another website. okay?

What I erroneously called a 'letter' (and posted), was the EPA's, "Administrative Compliance Order" publicly issued to Callicrate Feeding Company, by the EPA Region 7 Office... Nowhere does it mention 'hay'... [ link to www.epa.gov]
