Seventh day of not smoking, why am I still angry?

Yeah, I can have some unexplainable anger when detoxing. Like when my electric cigarette died. I switched to smokeless tobacco for a while.

When I went back down from more powerful amounts of nicotine in the smokeless I was very irritable and angry for at least a day, maybe 2.

Right now is when you make that freewill choice to not die a horrible death due to lung cancer.

I finally did beat the addiction.

But, I needed chemical help.

The chemicals I used were a combination of herbal tablets, and Sodium Bicarbonate pills.

Quiting sucks and is hard to do. The ego will fight you all the way. So don't quit. That's right, don't quit. You will have a very hard time doing that.

Take a vacation from smoking. Vacations are fun. Yo, ego, just taking a vacation from smoking here. No cravings, no weight gain, no problems. I'm just on vacation.

It took me 4 months before I started feeling good and after that I never looked at a cigarette again.

The deal I made with myself when I finally quit was" I will never have another drag".

It has been 14 years for me without a drag.

The reason that most people can't stop smoking? Two reasons!! One, your body gets addicted to the nicotine and two; the smoke and nicotine demons are in you and only God and Jesus can get them out when you give your life to God!!

Use the anger to your advantage. If you get attacked by black flash mobs your anger will help you hold your own! :) Also personaly for me i use hand exercisers alot when cold turkey. I was off them for 5 months last year and just started trying to quit again today. PC video games help me too. Good luck and think always of how much healthier and independent you will feel

You are only angry because you don't really want to quit.

You need to get an influx of B vitamins fast. Get some supplements today and get a proper dose in your body daily. It will help a lot. If you are feeling kind of depressed and just emotional in general it can help smooth things out.

Bullshit...light one up, it is the only way to feel better.

Hell no. Id rather die sooner. I saw one video where they let the old lady sleep in feces and urine then threw her lunch in the toilet and made her eat it. That was in the 90s im sure its far worse now..

Saw a black woman at a bar a few years back who bragged shed deliberately abuse elederly whites where she works and it gave her enjoyment to get back at whites in that way. But yeah its even whites abusing the elderly.

if you can make it 7 days you'll have it. That's probabl8y why it's so bad.

i mean you'll kick it and your body won't crave it at all anymore (except for occassional flashback urges).

And take a bunch of vitamins... plus some pepper and ginseng kind of stuff. You should not have cravings if you make 7 days without slipping at all.
