If the detainee has to piss, then is is the cop's DUTY to get him to a place to piss...NOT tell him to get fucked. While the guy is drunk admittedly, he still has his rights (or used to anyway). That cop needs to be suspended or even fired. Just because he has the holstered gun, does NOT make him above the law.
