It looked to me more like he was using his foot to tap on the window to get the cops attention, not kicking the window to try to break it or he would have been kicking a lot harder.

A friend of mine had to use his head to bang on the wondow because he was cuffed and locked with the windows all shut in the back seat of a cop car in the hot sun for over an hour. It was a ridiculous scene, honest. If I told the whole story it would take too long and you'd all be appalled at what happened. But it looked bad because he was knocking on the window with his head (no one was drunk or high on anything) to get the police to at least crack the window in the SoCal heat and let him out to pee after over an hour in the hot sun in a closed car.

Then they took us out and had us sit handcuffed in the hot sun with no water for 3 hours. And the whole time we were friendly and cooperative with the cops, joking and and talking about what happened like it would blow over because of what happened.

If the guy was trying to break or damage the window he would have been kicking a hell of a lot harder.

Combat veteran and police public servce = 18 month jail term. Judge disregards this and allows dickhead to cry and whine in court on how he is a victim. Milwaukee justice being served.

As a veteran myself, I personally believe that deputy's background investigation should have yielded the necessary information to warrant PTSD screening. If deputy "punch the detainee" needed help, then the other badged officers or the department should have gotten him help....and not in the form of beating cuffed citizens. I think that beating up on "perps" has become a national cop past time, and is condoned in most precincts. And we wonder why most people don't trust cops?

Working in a pharmacy we've had people throw stuff at us, threaten, destroy registers, signs, computers, etc. We've even had some pharmacist attacked there or as they were leaving recently.

We are not allowed to punch nasty customers in the face, if we did, we would be fired, possible put in jail facing criminal charges, possibly sued.

This cop can do this, while the person is restrained, and that is acceptable?

It's hard to tell from that portion of footage ALL the events that transpired....while he seemed to be politely "Tapping" on the window with his foot... what was he arrested for? ....was he violent at the time of arrest with the police or some victim? ect . ect. ect..... you cant judge a book by a couple pages from the middle.
