The Pentagon ordered bases to stay at ALPHA, even if they had raised to BRAVO. Some of the articles act as though ALPHA was a raise, but so far as I can find bases were already at ALPHA. Granted, bases that were still at ALPHA will be raising security measures by implementing just SOME of the BRAVO protocols, however their actual FPCON levels were not raised. I suppose some bases were still at NORMAL, though I have yet to see any confirmation of that. I'm raising my eyebrows too, man. |
