Assuming that the bible is 100% correct, and that Jesus truly was who he said he was;
I would estimate that probably upwards of 97% of the people alive on this earth today are going to hell.
If faith in Jesus really is the only way to heaven then BILLIONS of people, including most of the posters on GLP are going to hell.
Good news everyone!

Anyone who is a true 'believer' and trusts Jesus is going to Heaven, so 100%

I once saw a testimony of a person who had been shown heaven/hell etc, and apparently she was given the knowledge that the flames in the lake of fire were 20 000'C

Stop obsessing on hell OP. Set your sights upon Jesus and eternity.

Nobody is there yet. We do not go until the Second Coming, which could be this year.

"the dead known not any thing"

Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. He did not call Lazarus back down from Heaven. Jesus said "Lazarus sleeps". Then Jesus said plainly.. "Lazarus is dead".(John 11)

1. Not many people understand the afterlife while in the flesh, but all you need to know is that it is possible for all to ascend higher. Eternal punishment doesn't exist.
2. It's made of consciousness and the soul itself is invisible. It is the spirit body which is discernible, which contains the soul. If I had to stick with matter or energy, I would say it is closer to energy(even though matter IS energy). It's a bad question though.
3. Nothing burns for eternity unless stars are reignited or something. The "hells" are multiple planes on the first Spiritual Sphere, though the average person arrives on a plane that is similar to earth. The hells are all about darkness, the worst area being pitch black. The place represents its inhabitants who don't posses a bright spirit. The light of a spirit usually represents its spiritual progress. When people die, they go to the place they fit in best concerning their spiritual advancement (known as the Law of Attraction). As I said before, it is always possible for one to reach a higher level.
4. I've only read of one example of fire in one of the hells. It was a massive volcano-like structure, bigger than what we have on earth. But this was an object created by the powerful will of one of the inhabitants, a creation of thought. In a material sense, I don't think it would have a temperature.

Did she also see the demon Virgin Mary? The real mother of Jesus Mary is in her grave awaiting that day also.

I'm totally open to the possibility that the Bible is true...

But I don't understand those people who read it and go "Yep! That's the truth right there for sure! Word of God alright!"

lol... how the fuck would you know?

It's just words written down... words that have been changed multiple times over the years as well......

If you're looking for truth in the bible, it is present, but most of it is in the New Testament. There are many sources of at least some truth on this planet, the issue for the individual is discerning what is right for him or her. Even if a book were chock full of revelation from above, it is still dry text. No book is holy, and books that are considered holy are really just mystical fetishes for the individual (for example, putting your hand on the bible in court). Real understanding of truth (or real certainty) is nearly impossible in evolutionary life, and that is why it is important to stay open-minded while on earth (you may need to make a fresh start later as a spirit). Notice that I'm talking about beliefs here, not faith, which is something different and ultimately more important.

1. Based on certain private revelation, about 2/3rds make it to Heaven, most of which go through Purgatory first. God does not automatically throw someone into Hell just because they aren't Christian. He is not a ruthless tyrant. The ones who go to Hell are those who reject his mercy completely and would rather embrace the darkness.

2. Energy would be a more accurate description than matter.

3. Spirit is eternal so physical laws do not apply.

4. Unknown. I don't really trust those quoting exact temperature measurements, I've heard different numbers...

"Private revelation?"

Let me guess, that means either dream or hallucination...

Good questions, OP. The bible says that ultimately, God will become "all in all", and that Death will be wiped out. . .I hafta wonder how this works with billions of damned souls supposedly burning forever in an endless torture chamber concocted by the God of Love ;)

In Jesus' own words. I always look first to what He said and did.....

. Matthew 7:13 and 14, here are the words of Jesus. “Enter by the narrow gate, for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction and many are those who enter by it, for the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life and few are those who find it.”

Righto that's sort of the point of what happened at the cross, Christ died once to save 'all'.

And since Christ must become all in 'all' before all of creation is laid at the foot of the Father that would include 'all' of Gods created creatures.

No hell for people because there is no hell, only (2nd) death and then hurled dead into the lake of fire and that is only temporary until death is abolished.

Original sin never existed, and sins from the individual could always be forgiven. There isn't some great reason for Christ's death, he was simply killed. Jesus didn't want to affect his time of death, although he easily could have. Remember how Jesus said he could easily summon an army of angels at his side while being captured, yet he didn't because it was his time to go. Man chose the time of this gruesome departure. The whole point of the 7th bestowal mission was to experience life as a human to better understand the perspective of the created. After Christ ascended to the Father on the Isle of Paradise, the center of the master universe, Jesus had full authority over our galaxy (a work of his creation). Because of this, he was capable of stopping the Lucifer Rebellion in its tracks (it only affected the heavens in our area of space, from Salvington, all the way down to 37 rebelling planets of evolutionary origin).

Not a single Paradise Creator Son specifically changes their time of death during such a mission. This planet was witness to something that happens on one planet in every galaxy. Every other planet with intelligent life gets a visit from a Magisterial Son, an Avonal, with a somewhat similar mission. Our own Magisterial Son, known as Monjoronson, will be revealed to everyone on earth (along with a large group of Melchizedeks) after the current grid cleansing is complete and all of the souls still stuck on earth go to the Light. Afterwards will be the return of Jesus, and he plans on staying for quite a long time (though this probably won't happen in my lifetime).
