Three days after chem trails are observed over the Sierra foothills it rains every time,also the PH of the water and soil has changed from acidic to alkaline. Which proves there is aluminum being released into out atmosphere.

That's right...they are still contrails though...Not some intentional "spray program" that paranoid losers keep whining about.

Nothing paranoid in observing these persistent contrails that appear are not from commercial airlines.....
