It takes a lot of patience going through the 100s of pages here. But you will find that I started to say "in my world" "in my time" a lot after the divergence exceeded 3+.

Now my guess is as good as yours.

I think maybe we should all be fervently praying and hoping that no big event does happen by the 28th. Besides he has said that the event window closes then not that the event will happen then.

A divergence happens when your travel backward in time.
Imagine you are surfing around a wave that circles a beach ball the size if a house. You ride the wave up, then ride down and exit.
When you exit, you and your entire universe is split in half. The two universes are identical in every way. But you are not. There is an older you and a younger you. The older you does not belong. This creates an invisible man syndrome where many people refuse to even accept you are real. Every time the older you does something, it changes the past a little. The changes compound until your new universe resembles nothing like your original universe. We measure these quantum time deviations by comparing historical events in the new world with those of the original world. If this divergence exceeds 3.0, that is a bad thing.
