The U.S. and NATO is trying to help the poor, women and young people as well as Muslims share power after their dictators are removed. This was because of a modernizing movement on the Internet. But the Muslims took the power from everyone. This is the same reason the U.S. and NATO is trying to help Syria. As you said, the Muslim Brotherhood has taken over and now they will collectively focus their efforts in expanding.

The Sunni and Shi'a are Muslims who believe that the Caliph should be a blood descendant of Muhammad. But the Sunni will accept a Caliph who isn't a descendant.

The Saudi Monarchy will fail and the Caliph will live in Mecca as Muhammad was born there. But he will move around a lot.

So, tell me John, will my country ever be as nice as it was in the early 00's (about 9-10 years ago)? I think of leaving it now.

For the last 10 years my country not only did NOT improve, but it deteriorated. We didn't have Big Brother, which makes freaks famous. We didn't have any vulgar reality shows with a predetermined winner. There were less crimes.

Children were not shooting videos of themselves getting/giving blowjobs to put them online.

The Bulgarian pop music was much better than today. Even pop-folk music was of better quality, and it sounded more like dance music. Chalga singers visited only Slavy's Show and most of the time they were on their own TV, while now they are guests in almost every TV show. There were no Bulgarian celebrity gossip sites.

Turks and Gypsies were not as annoying and didn't have crazy demands. They weren't burning Bulgarian flags and such.

10 years ago I never thought about leaving and I loved living here, but I don't love the present-day Bulgaria. I can even say that I hate it. Yes, I hate my own country! It's just not the same country anymore.

Where did that Bulgaria from ten years ago go and how will we get it back? And will we ever get it back at all? Or will things get even worse?

Most people here like to ask about disasters, about how bad the world will be in the future. I'm interested in it too a little bit, but what I'm really interested tough is in the people.

How people live in the future you came from? I mean, do ppl still get married? How they relate to each other? Are ppl more friendly? Are they more honest and less interested in material stuff? I think you got my point, the real question is, did ppl evolved from this materialistic shell to something better(or worse)?

I live in Victoria BC. I find it absolutely astonishing we didn't feel, nor experience any effects from the 7.7 earthquake a few hundred miles away.
