Ren1999 North Korea is about to break war? is this the start to a new beginning? Will this outbreak affect the world? Threats we're being made to Japan how are you going to react?

I recommend to the entire world to do the things that Japan is already doing. When you come in from outside, wash your hands with soap. Gargle your mouth and throat with cold water. Wear a surgical mask when you are around a lot of people. If someone is feverish with a cough, ask them to wear a surgical mask or avoid contact.
