But the economy of the west is collapsing at least from the 70s. It seems that the Western Economic System's classical structure simply needs a large scale war for feed the production engine during the next few generations. So we need an economic revolution, or a world war...

Now many offices have a temporary work force. There are just a few permanent employees that are trainers who get paid a few dollars more an hour. Human Resource employees also earn just a few more dollars an hour than temporary workers but they do all the middle management stuff. The failed economy is a result of greed. Outsourcing and now robots are replacing all manufacturing. My predictions are not that difficult to accept. In our near future, nobody will have a permanent job. Most people will be going back to primitive farming just to survive. The only solution is to inform people and to group them to make a new community of sharing. If You do known all those things to happen, then You need to group them into a new form of society. The only problem on this world is people who are selfish and not empathic to make changes. You wonder who I am. But I face the same problem, as You, what to do ? How to do ! Me.
