Has this ever come to your minds, you might just be a load of lazy bastards.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1536503

Nope, not once. I work full-time and exercise every day for at least an hour.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 926633

There is the answer=Exercise for one hour! what about the other 23hrs?

You yanks need to cut down on the donuts.bump
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1536503

What the fuck are you talking about?! Most doctors recommend 30 minutes of daily exercise.

Why don't you go pour yourself a cup of tea, kiss the queen's arse and shut the hell up.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 926633

fuck what the docs say. exercise how much u want to. if you feel your body has had a good workout thats enough. doctors just read from a script most of the time

yes, we took off 5 days from work to get some stuff done around the house. I ended up sleeping those 5 days away, and got absolutely nothing done. My wife too.

Today, my day off, i laid down for an hour nap, here it is 6 HOURS later and i just woke up.

I was telling my wife that something was up, b/c i'm not usu. like this, i thought it was my medicine or something.

Happening to my wife too.

we are in NC

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Anyone feeling unusually tired recently?

Yes.

I am suffering from a lack of peace, energy, and concentration.

I am normally an avid nightowl, a high functioning individual who easily and happily gets by on 5-6 hours of sleep each night and maybe a nap or two in a given week.

Now, I find myself longing to go to bed much earlier, but unable to execute that action.

Finally, I end up in bed, usually a little earlier than is normal for me, but my sleep is not restful.

I keep waking up every hour or few hours.

It's as though I am not sleeping as deeply as I am used to doing.

As a result, I wake unrefreshed.

Consequently, each day blurs without distinction into the next.

This is REALLY affecting my ability to stay focused when I am working.

I just don't seem to have the same level of passion I have always had for just about everything.

A mind-numbing acute laissez-faire attitude is how I would best describe my current outlook.

I exist. So what.

I am painfully aware that all too often all I am accomplishing is simply existing.

Still, I can do nothing to change this attitude.

Nothing I do helps.

This is because no matter how much I "think" about doing something (anything), I am unable to actually accomplish anything my mind considers to be "extra".

No matter what I do, no matter what I desire, from one lackluster confusing day to the next, the very best I can do is just exist.

This sucks.

Does that answer your question?
 Quoting: Biochemky

Your post pretty much sums up how I've been feeling also.

Extreme fatique for that last year. All blood work comes back normal. Had to give up going to the gym...no energy. Some days, I can't get off the couch...because I sleep for many hours. Disrupted sleep at night also. Need to get back to work, but have no energy to do it. On the ocassional good day, when I go outside for a walk or to go to my car, I have strangely felt like I was floating down the sidewalk rather than actually walking on the sidewalk....as in my feet "felt" like they were "not" on the ground. It was a weird feeling as I observed it. That has happened a few times. I also experience vertigo symptons on some days, even though I do not have this condition. Its all very weird.

A few years ago I went to Pearl Harbour and met some remarkable men and women who where there on the very day the Japs attacked.

Those who died on that day would be utterly ashamed of the comments coming from their sons and daughters today on this thread.

Get a fuckin grip, stop feeling sorry for yourselves and get real.

You yanks on here are a fucking disgrace. Hang your sorry arses in shame. You are not worth one cent of your fore fathers spunk.

My dreams have been frightening lately. I wish I was the type not to even remember them.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 926633

glad there is at least 3 people (of 10 pages) here mentioning the dreams during the sleep rather than the mood after/before it.

strange times are these days, arent they ?
for already one week, out of the blue, i have 3 time more "dreams" per sleep than usual (yea its very much)...indeed, they are near all unpleasant (struggle/survival/doom/tests etc)...though i changed nothing in my daily life...

i dont exactly know wtf is going on...but that's not "usual" at all...its like each sleep-time, i'm living as much lives as i have "dreams"...they get abnormally vivid (since im half or fully lucid in all dreams) and i feel like i live one whole lifetime during each dream...when i wake up i feel like im thousands years old...for real...wtf...
Plus the dreams have nothing to do with daily matter, as we could expect of usual dreams...as if they came out of the blue for a specific purpose. The scenarios being astonishing of complexity...its a real pain to get the full idea/purpose of the dream.

to me, it looks like some forced "evolution", as if i had an appointment to attend...as if i had to be mentally ready for some incoming event...so my mind gets "stuffed as a goose" each sleep-time, being fed with tons of "experiences" , "lives".

i dont believe in reincarnation due to logic and faith, but because of the dreams, i feel like i lived thousand lives.

whatever, i feel fine... => 5a

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Adrenal Fatigue.

It happens when one is exposed to constant (perceived) threats..causing our 'fight-flight' mechanism to become overly activated - increasing the flow of adrenalin and cortisol in our bodies...

Living just a regular life now we are faced with many 'threats'....stress basically.

I suspect nations are coming down with this type of fatigue due to the speediness of life these days...everything we try to cram into life - while we try to do this we have screens everywhere advertising at us - spewing lies at us...showing imagery that stresses us...

It's a silent pandemic which is resulting in the lethargic numbing of the populus.

Cleanse and detox the kidneys and adrenal glands that sit ontop of the kidneys - many people report increased energy having focused on improving their adrenal health. Loads of info on the net.

I'm in the process of doing this after feeling more and more letharic - especially the past 2 yrs. I'm wondering whether it is connected to heightened solar activity. If the sun is mutating matter...then that lends itself to thinking that we could be affected too.

I think with the 'times' coming we are required to be habit-free and healthy. The insanity on earth of activity and disasters is just incredible at this time.
We're affected and it's detrimentally affecting health - of all...young and old...paupers and the rich.

Just by drinking loads more water, cutting down on stimulants like booze, cigarettes, sugar, caffeine, chocolate...giving up junk food basically...it's the fastest way to get energy levels boosted...tho' most go through some detox symptoms so gradually just cut down rather than give everything up overnight lol
What we all could do overnight tho' is drink more water...average 2 litres per day to flush out toxins. It costs nothing to most and your health soars just by increasing water intake.

I've had home-made juice for three days without solid food and found energy i remember from being a teen lol

Sorry for the long post but wanted those to know that didn't, that you can easily boost your energy levels simply without having to spend hundreds on supplements and superfoods. I've found i've saved money by giving up certain stimlants/habits.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542466

. . . yes, drink the water, and lots and lots of it like the nice poster said. Thatis the one thing thatis more contaminated by the Japan fall-out, chemtrails and the Gulf than anything else i can think of, and, oh, yes, eat the fish and shrimp, especially from out of the Gulf . . . we got a winner . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

That was rude dipshit. Have you ever read about Adrenal fatigue? You have a safer alternative to a drink that doensn't contain water?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542048

. . . be a nice boy, do as that poster said to do, just drink lots of water . . . itwill speed things up . . . less time for suffering . . . and drink lots of Cool Ade, and eat plenty of Velveeta cheese too. Campbell’s soup will help too . . . and always besure to defame and discredit the suffering and dying . . . youare such a good boy . . . for all the good things you do for your master . . . he loves you, yes, Satan loves you . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

Come one genius. All I asked you to do was name something to drink that doesn't contain water. You can do it. You're a big big boy.
