Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Fucking constantly. I brought work home with me last night but didn't get to it. Ate dinner, fell asleep at 9pm and didn't wake up until 7:30am the next morning. Even after all that sleep, I was still exhausted all day.

I feel like I can't ever recover.

well. gorsh, if i were "f***ing constantly" i'm sure i'd be f***ing exhausted too.

Yes, been sleeping twice a day sometimes and always feel worn out and on the verge of being sick it feels like.
It could be the chemtrails, which they have been spraying day and night for months without a break.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
I'm tired too, thought it was because of the different timespending of my holiday, sight seeiing etc.
I have lately strange sensations like buzzing in my legs, seeiing noise and hearing earringings. and noticing double numbers like 33, 44, 11:11 and 22:22.
But yesterday I visited the caves of Betharram in france. when I was 80 meters down I felt the buzzing in my legs get worse. my legs felt like chewinggum and I started to shake. I didn't see anyone else with the same feelings. But it could be they are hiding it, like me.
My husband doesn't want to hear anything of earthchanging or sun issues.
When I came out, I felt normal again, a bit tired. Only the buzzingfeeling stayed more than normal.

Yes, I'm drawn to my bed so much. Having really vivid dreams lately... usually I don't remember them but these ones are so vivid I do. It's really weird!
 Quoting: BoguSje

Same here. Since all the tiredness began, i also started to have incredibly vivid dreams, at night and when i take an afternoon nap. They're crazy and very real.

Everything started in the beginning of this year, so it has been going on for a while, so it can't be seasonal changes causing it. I go to sleep early and get about 9 or 10 hours of sleep, sometimes even more, but i'm still exhausted, fatigued and tired in the morning and the whole day. So just have to take a nap in the early afternoon. It's so bad that i can't stay awake, no matter how hard i try, i have to take a nap. I'm only working part time from 8am to 1pm thank god.

As i said earlier in this thread, i also have vertigo. The vertigo started simultaneously with the fatigue. I keep hearing from so many people with the same symptoms around the world. Most of my family also has trouble with fatigue, some since summer last year.

I'm a 30 year old woman from Styria, Austria and have never had any health issues before. WTF is this all about?

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
So much confusion here.

The physical body is breaking down, as it should.

Don't be afraid. Did you ever ask yourself why you need sleep?

Why without it you will die? Why even resting but not sleeping all day is not enough?

It is simple. When we sleep we reconnect with out higher self, our godhead as it were. This is where the physical body gets its animation to life from.

We in our physical form have been trapped here. Our time here is long passed, but we are held in this vibration by forces we cannot completely understand in the physical, but know well in the subconscious.

We are at war, to break free. We are all tired, because we need to fight to survive while we sleep, on another plane, another realm.

Most of you who are very tired are the light worker beings, who are paving the way for the rest of humanity to exit this miserable cell, and return to the higher self once more.

Our energies in this physical plane are feed on, by energy vampires, evil beings bent on keeping us here. The more negative the better.

To help you through this one needs to keep the physical body in balance as best as possible, you will need your strength when you sleep.

As I said before soon we will be busting out of this cell.
So bring on the exhaustion, the more I feel it the more I know I am doing towards my freedom.

Was fine until today. Yesterday, three long chemtrails were dissapating over where i work in San Jose, CA. They were in place for what seemed like 2-3 hours. We had an outdoor function at lunch i could not completely avoid. Now I have- sore throat, irritated neck glands, I'm tired, have headache, achey and body temp up a bit...

This is only second time i have seen them here. First time i didnt know what they were... thanks to people like all of you i am learning fast.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Adrenal Fatigue.

It happens when one is exposed to constant (perceived) threats..causing our 'fight-flight' mechanism to become overly activated - increasing the flow of adrenalin and cortisol in our bodies...

Living just a regular life now we are faced with many 'threats'....stress basically.

I suspect nations are coming down with this type of fatigue due to the speediness of life these days...everything we try to cram into life - while we try to do this we have screens everywhere advertising at us - spewing lies at us...showing imagery that stresses us...

It's a silent pandemic which is resulting in the lethargic numbing of the populus.

Cleanse and detox the kidneys and adrenal glands that sit ontop of the kidneys - many people report increased energy having focused on improving their adrenal health. Loads of info on the net.

I'm in the process of doing this after feeling more and more letharic - especially the past 2 yrs. I'm wondering whether it is connected to heightened solar activity. If the sun is mutating matter...then that lends itself to thinking that we could be affected too.

I think with the 'times' coming we are required to be habit-free and healthy. The insanity on earth of activity and disasters is just incredible at this time.
We're affected and it's detrimentally affecting health - of all...young and old...paupers and the rich.

Just by drinking loads more water, cutting down on stimulants like booze, cigarettes, sugar, caffeine, chocolate...giving up junk food basically...it's the fastest way to get energy levels boosted...tho' most go through some detox symptoms so gradually just cut down rather than give everything up overnight lol
What we all could do overnight tho' is drink more water...average 2 litres per day to flush out toxins. It costs nothing to most and your health soars just by increasing water intake.

I've had home-made juice for three days without solid food and found energy i remember from being a teen lol

Sorry for the long post but wanted those to know that didn't, that you can easily boost your energy levels simply without having to spend hundreds on supplements and superfoods. I've found i've saved money by giving up certain stimlants/habits.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542466

. . . yes, drink the water, and lots and lots of it like the nice poster said. Thatis the one thing thatis more contaminated by the Japan fall-out, chemtrails and the Gulf than anything else i can think of, and, oh, yes, eat the fish and shrimp, especially from out of the Gulf . . . we got a winner . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

That was rude dipshit. Have you ever read about Adrenal fatigue? You have a safer alternative to a drink that doensn't contain water?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542048

. . . be a nice boy, do as that poster said to do, just drink lots of water . . . itwill speed things up . . . less time for suffering . . . and drink lots of Cool Ade, and eat plenty of Velveeta cheese too. Campbell’s soup will help too . . . and always besure to defame and discredit the suffering and dying . . . youare such a good boy . . . for all the good things you do for your master . . . he loves you, yes, Satan loves you . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

Ah i forgot my moran filter when posting the original post - obviously consume UNTAINTED water....this goes without saying surely?!! Obviously not , for some...

Bottled water in plastic is crap aswell really...tap water - don't even go there!
Spring water in glass from a source you've researched would be best - but most don't have that luxury.

These days you can get really decent filters for not alot of money - they filter out all heavy metals, pathogens, chemicals from the water - that's the route i'd go to get clean water in me.

AC - you're a real devil worshipper for suggesting people don't drink water...what the hell do you suggest?!!

My point was that most don't actually consume much water at all....if you look into dehydration and the subtle side-effects and symptoms most will be able to relate. Every cell in your body requires water....your blood too...otherwise it gets too 'thick' and you heart works harder to push the blood through the body.

But hey, listen to 'Mr Don't touch anything it's all contaminated'....living in such paranoia also stresses out the adrenals and causes fatigue....get off the doom boat and free up some energy.

the "southern hemisphere" hasnot only the intensity, but the entire world has the fall out.

Most people donot realize what is going on over there in Japan, that effects, as we speak . . . it is horrible . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1516837

Not true.. southern hemisphere and Northern hemisphere have there own air pattens, Japan's fallout will affect only the Northern hemisphere.

Thus, southern hemisphere people are feeling the same.

Water: I drink distilled water. I feel like everyone else here sleepy, tired, some what spacy.
 Quoting: 11.11.11

Drinking only distilled water will pull minerals from your body as the water you're drinking has had all minerals removed.
Distilled water is good for a short detox or cleanse only.

If you prefer distilled then make sure you're taking in enough minerals through diet or supplementation to make-up for the water pulling them from your tissues.

Remineralise using rock salt or good quality sea salt - never 'table salt'....himalayan pink salt - black rock salt...loads of different salts to help remineralise the body. Even add it to your distilled water.

But truly guys - water is the key - our bodies are majority water...rehydrate and find more energy! The simplest remedies are always overlooked in favour of some 'super special expensive' miracle cure.

Have felt the same way lately. But first I ask myself,

1)how is my diet?
2)what medications, drugs or alcohol haven a taken?
3)what has been on my mind lately, could it be stress?
4)what kind of people and ideas have i been surrounding myself with lately?
5)have I sat with poor posture possibly all night long consecutive days/nights in a row, in a dark room staring at a monitor, surrounding myself with all kinds of weird frequencies from various computers, phones, tv, radios, electronics?
6) have i gotten ANY sunshine or fresh air?, and driving a car does not count. sorry.
7) did i drink any water today?

hmm. i wonder why i feel like shit?

it must be a conspiracy.
