Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
One of my kids has been feeling sick the last couple of weeks - on and off - nausea.
And today her eyes were "blurry".

Beside tiredness, anyone else noticed that time seems to go very fast too?

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Have felt the same way lately. But first I ask myself,

1)how is my diet?
2)what medications, drugs or alcohol haven a taken?
3)what has been on my mind lately, could it be stress?
4)what kind of people and ideas have i been surrounding myself with lately?
5)have I sat with poor posture possibly all night long consecutive days/nights in a row, in a dark room staring at a monitor, surrounding myself with all kinds of weird frequencies from various computers, phones, tv, radios, electronics?
6) have i gotten ANY sunshine or fresh air?, and driving a car does not count. sorry.
7) did i drink any water today?

hmm. i wonder why i feel like shit?

it must be a conspiracy.
Pardon me while I burst ~ into flames.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
I've had this really bad too.

At first I though it was from medicines for my bulging disk, but I've been on those for a month; much less this week too and they haven't done this.

Then I though I was sick; I felt totally nauseated over the weekend.

Two days this week I slept most of the day and still slept through this night.

Yesterday I woke up feeling way off. Body felt strange and things tasted way off.

At one point I though I should see a doctor.

I also have felt the ground moving when it is not.

I told myself it can't be just me, something is shifting on the planet.

My friend has had this too. I'm in San Francisco and she is in Kansas.

It's been all week, pretty strong too, including today and took a nap.

Not going to sweat it though. I think something is shifting on the planet.

Could this have something to do with the supernova? I read on another thread that it was 6 light years away and anything within 10 can affect the earth.

It could be anything though.

OH HELL YES!

I'm to the point of fatigue and I have no idea why either.

At first I thought it might be allergies, then thought it could be the time of year.

Now I have no idea and to be honest I'm becoming concerned.

As for the post about time passing by fast. I too have noticed that and I'm a bit jazzed up about it.

I do wish there was something I could do to have it slow down

Totally. I get enough sleep, but i never feel rested anymore. It started together with the vertigo problemns at the beginning of this year.

I often need to take afternoon naps. I'm especially tired today. Never had this before in my life and nothing has changed like medications or something, it just suddenly started this year.

Strange that so many people around the world keep having the same symptoms.

Yes and yes!

Lately I've been getting dizzy as fuck for no reason at all! To the point where I feel like I'm going to faint. Lots of pressure headaches. Ear ringing. Et cetera.

And this past week has just been exhausting! I've been going to bed before 9pm every night! I go to bed tired and I wake up tired, like I'm not getting enough sleep.

Especially today. I could go to sleep right now.

Yeah, lots of ear ringing and feeling like i'm on a boat. I've had a slew of different tests from various doctors and i'm as healthy as a horse.

I keep going to bed earlier hoping to wake up rested, but i'm still tired even after 9 - 10 hours of sleep.

The slow healing, fatigue and long periods of sleeping are indications of possible diabetes.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
I have really been struggling with extreme tiredness, don't want to eat and can't explain it. I did have elevated thyroid level in which my dr. put me on med. for. I still feel awful and don't know what else to do. Is it really my thyroid or is it something else? I don't know. I used to speed walk at the local YMCA several times a week and now can't due to feeling like I can't even function and have to lay down. I'm not a lazy person and have always been the type of person to always be doing something...can't be idle for too long, but now....totally different.

Ditto...

I can go to bed early, fall asleep fairly fast, but wake up a few hours later and cant fall back to sleep. Ive tried everything...from sleepaids to getting up and reading, running in place, to silent screaming when the anxiety gets to be too much.

I believe that this is all part of the Shift. We are working very hard on the other planes during the night and while we used to be able to do it in our sleep, the intensity has grown so great that we're processing it more consciously.

I know that the Earth is adjusting, stretching and trying to assimilate it all. So, I dont think this is going to pass quickly...we all have to do our part of adjust and ride the waves of change the best we can.

Discover what brings you peace and calms your energy field. And dont go into fear mode! This is all part of the evolution of earth and All That Live Upon Her.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Up till about April of this year, I thought my life would end. I had 6 bulged disks in my back and could hardly walk without debilitatin pain and YES exhaustian.

My back is better, but it's like I'm walking in a perpetual fog most of the time. Can't get motivated to do anything except for short bursts when I do feel OK. But 2-3 hours a day of usefull energy followed by mind-numbing-stare-out-the-window-mental-emotional-exhaustion....isn't living and it isn't thriving.

I think most of mine is just plain depression over loss of job back in March of last year...and no hopeful prospects to get a meaningful job and move out of my parent's house.

Nothing makes sense anymore except the Hunters who are out to get us.

Fukashima crap blown everywhere.....I think people are tired because they are being exposed to way higher than normal radiation and it takes more time (REST) to try to recover......some people aren't recovering so they are tired all the time.

I think most people are also tired because of the lying scumbags we have in washington who want to tear this country apart racially, politically, religiously, economically and any other way they can (especially through fearmongering).

Unfortunately...I never could "go back to sleep" after BUSHTARD 2 pulled off and covered up 9-11. Now we got this muslim/commy sympathyser in the whitehouse telling us all of his HOPE-NOSIS bullshit which the minorities and illegals and guilt-ridden whities want to hear. O-bumma doesn't have anything substantive that is even remotely constitutional....but after all as GW bush says...it's just a "god-damned" peice of paper.

WE ARE TIRED OF THESE BASTARD'S EMPTY UN-CONSTITUTIONAL RHETORIC.
