i cant believe this and so many other ppl feeling this

I was doing great and the past week/week and a half ive been feeling like SHIT, awful sleep, getting yanked out of dreams, insomnia, then waking up super sluggish and lethargic, feeling sick because of lack of sleep, sitting all day with no energy, some days experiencing complete serotonin depletion, then having trouble sleeping at night, this ahs been going on for several days straight, I was pretty much fine before this, sleeping consistently and feeling good, Ive even skipped school because of how shitty I felt..

That's what I thought too. It could also be the rain the east coast has been experiencing all this week. Anyone else having a lot of rain?

i'm tired too but it's all normal for everyone, the summer is ending and we have less sun. Because of this, our brain need to reajust. Please be patient in about 2 weeks you should all be ok.

I suggest also taking vitamin D supplmement.

Have been going through this for months thought it was just me. Seriously hard time sleeping at night, falling asleep during afternoon as a result.

Probably sun related. I sat outside yesterday in the mid-day sun, something I don't often do - and later I found that I had a bit of peeling on my face. I was outside only a few minutes, and I thought I was shielded by the trees - but not good enough with our new super bright sun and weakened magnetosphere.

Absolutely. Can't get to sleep until late for some reason and once asleep, can't get up.

Yeah I was for months until I started taking Diatomaceous Earth. Feel better now, but I live in Florida, we're the king of chemtrails as far as I know.

I also stopped holding back a while back.

My Spouse has been so tired of late, but I have not. I have been well rested and dont need but 5 hours of sleep when I normally need at least 6 or 7 to feel well rested.

I am tired of all the politically correct, two-faced crapola though and that is why I've refused to hold back.

It does feel so nice not to allow the negative people and BS they purge upon everyone to hang around in my head anymore.

I use to not say anything and just let things go, but they never went really away, not anymore and I feel GREAT.....

cramps in the intestines , not stomach, for about a week; culminating in passing blood clots w/blood; making your toilet look like a sea of blood. Then you get better, but the sleepies and extra "good" appetite remain. You all know dam well what is going on, but you just wanted me to say it.

As the sleepies continue you will beable to benefit by an afternoon nap of a short nature; get up; still feeling groggy; do some work real fast; and find the stamina only last for about 20 minutes, or with you youngsters probably longer.
