Me, I've also a fever, and I haven't had one in years. Today I slept a bit over 11 hours, and I'm still a bit exhausted. Fortunately, I get to sleep-in tomorrow.

I have had all sorts of nightmares for 5 nights in a row now. Really messing up my rest.

Adrenal Fatigue.

It happens when one is exposed to constant (perceived) threats..causing our 'fight-flight' mechanism to become overly activated - increasing the flow of adrenalin and cortisol in our bodies...

Living just a regular life now we are faced with many 'threats'....stress basically.

I suspect nations are coming down with this type of fatigue due to the speediness of life these days...everything we try to cram into life - while we try to do this we have screens everywhere advertising at us - spewing lies at us...showing imagery that stresses us...

It's a silent pandemic which is resulting in the lethargic numbing of the populus.

Cleanse and detox the kidneys and adrenal glands that sit ontop of the kidneys - many people report increased energy having focused on improving their adrenal health. Loads of info on the net.

I'm in the process of doing this after feeling more and more letharic - especially the past 2 yrs. I'm wondering whether it is connected to heightened solar activity. If the sun is mutating matter...then that lends itself to thinking that we could be affected too.

I think with the 'times' coming we are required to be habit-free and healthy. The insanity on earth of activity and disasters is just incredible at this time.
We're affected and it's detrimentally affecting health - of all...young and old...paupers and the rich.

Just by drinking loads more water, cutting down on stimulants like booze, cigarettes, sugar, caffeine, chocolate...giving up junk food basically...it's the fastest way to get energy levels boosted...tho' most go through some detox symptoms so gradually just cut down rather than give everything up overnight lol
What we all could do overnight tho' is drink more water...average 2 litres per day to flush out toxins. It costs nothing to most and your health soars just by increasing water intake.

I've had home-made juice for three days without solid food and found energy i remember from being a teen lol

Sorry for the long post but wanted those to know that didn't, that you can easily boost your energy levels simply without having to spend hundreds on supplements and superfoods. I've found i've saved money by giving up certain stimlants/habits.

The illuminati's (aliens above all other aliens) new sinister role in effect now. It will affect everyone directly.

You already know what role they will shift into.

It's the role of...

Humanities Savior.

They are now playing the "help the world" agenda (they ruined it for this purpose alone).

Beware, we don't need help.

THEY ruined THEIR OWN control system, we didn't.

Now, it's being blamed on us that WE don't know what to do next, that humanity NEEDS an answer to "fixing" the state of the world.

And if we don't let them be the saviors, it will be "imminent doom".

Be wise fellow gnosis.

I am "double-dog" tired but I assumed that it was because I have a couple of behavior problems in my classroom this year. That doesn't help with the tiredness in any event. Wishing all of you who are tired a restful weekend.

Guess I'll chime in from the Willamette Valley; whole family tired, wife having runny noses. We're an active family, but everyone save for me was fast asleep at 9pm. Very weird, especially with the weather this way. I don't want to be up right now, but this GLP addiction needs a hit.

In the Seattle area here... I too have felt dizziness, it started on 8/23/11. I went to stand up from the desk in my home office and had to sit right back down because the dizziness was so bad. I don't know what happened on 8/23 but that's when it started for me. I didn't think much of it at first but then I started seeing threads of people being dizzy and wondered if it could actually be something.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
In the past 2 months I have slept probably twice as much and feel drained most of the day. I attributed it to stress, and then to the heat. Now I think it is seriously a change in the environment -- whether it is the radiation from Japan or elevated heat or both -- but my body has never required more than six hours of sleep -- now I am requiring like 10.

Ditto on the headaches. Nasty front/top of head type. Not so much sleepy as just needing a place to cocoon.

People in general are just pissing me off... acting brainless, not paying attention. Crazy stuff and energy is whipping around us right now, and be sure it's contributing to "wipe out" syndrome.

Hang on...not too much longer of the stuff. Rest up when you need it, and keep an eye on the potential for crazy folks close by.
