Husband and I both very tired the last two days, even with 10+ hours sleep- terrible nightmares too. No Nev here

glad there is at least 3 people (of 10 pages) here mentioning the dreams during the sleep rather than the mood after/before it.
strange times are these days, arent they ?
for already one week, out of the blue, i have 3 time more "dreams" per sleep than usual (yea its very much)...indeed, they are near all unpleasant (struggle/survival/doom/tests etc)...though i changed nothing in my daily life...
i dont exactly know wtf is going on...but that's not "usual" at all...its like each sleep-time, i'm living as much lives as i have "dreams"...they get abnormally vivid (since im half or fully lucid in all dreams) and i feel like i live one whole lifetime during each dream...when i wake up i feel like im thousands years old...for real...wtf...
Plus the dreams have nothing to do with daily matter, as we could expect of usual dreams...as if they came out of the blue for a specific purpose. The scenarios being astonishing of complexity...its a real pain to get the full idea/purpose of the dream.
to me, it looks like some forced "evolution", as if i had an appointment to attend...as if i had to be mentally ready for some incoming event...so my mind gets "stuffed as a goose" each sleep-time, being fed with tons of "experiences" , "lives".
i dont believe in reincarnation due to logic and faith, but because of the dreams, i feel like i lived thousand lives.
