and itchy. i have a scar that wont stop itching and it appears to be spreading.

Strange - I too had a point at my hand which was itchy for a couple of days! No reason - not a wound or anything!

A few years ago I went to Pearl Harbour and met some remarkable men and women who where there on the very day the Japs attacked.

Those who died on that day would be utterly ashamed of the comments coming from their sons and daughters today on this thread.

Get a fuckin grip, stop feeling sorry for yourselves and get real.

Yes! Can't get enough sleep these days. I wake up tired even after 9 hours of rest.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1541246

Yep. I drag myself through the days lately. And, like you, I wake up tired...sometimes more tired than when I went to bed.

Always tired no matter what I do. I could sleep 12 hours or 4 hours, still feel tired. I passed it off as a sign of getting older for years. I even asked my doctor about it before and he finds nothing wrong.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
I have never in my adult life taken a nap, not even when I was pregnant. Geez...I mowed grass when was pregnant and felt great!
Twice in the past week, I've felt so tired and sleepy in the afternoons that I've taken a nap and fallen into a deep sleep for about an hour.
And my head feels like it's under so much prssur all the time. I feel it mostly across my forehead. And I'm not sick.

WTH is going on?
Why is it that when someone tells you that there’s billions of stars in the universe, you believe them. But if they tell you there’s wet paint somewhere you have to touch it?

. . . yes, drink the water, and lots and lots of it like the nice poster said. Thatis the one thing thatis more contaminated by the Japan fall-out, chemtrails and the Gulf than anything else i can think of, and, oh, yes, eat the fish and shrimp, especially from out of the Gulf . . . we got a winner . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

That was rude dipshit. Have you ever read about Adrenal fatigue? You have a safer alternative to a drink that doensn't contain water?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542048

. . . be a nice boy, do as that poster said to do, just drink lots of water . . . itwill speed things up . . . less time for suffering . . . and drink lots of Cool Ade, and eat plenty of Velveeta cheese too. Campbell’s soup will help too . . . and always besure to defame and discredit the suffering and dying . . . youare such a good boy . . . for all the good things you do for your master . . . he loves you, yes, Satan loves you . . .
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538169

Come one genius. All I asked you to do was name something to drink that doesn't contain water. You can do it. You're a big big boy.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1542048

. . . i may need some help with this, however do you think distilled water gets out the fall-out? Wine probably would be a good bet, or what do you say about that?

Before i go any farther do you have any ideas of your own, or are you just here to suck my brain empty?

I'm sorry, i don't mean to frighten anyone. My bouts with the fatigue or tiredness or whatever it is only lasted a few days, at other times for a few hours. Only one day about 4 or 5 days ago i was very tired which lasted all day, the other times it was not so "bad" (not that it's "bad", just it's different).

I suspect it is all these solar flares (CME's) and that is all. After they pass we will be back to normal. Our bodies are amazing things, and they adapt, and if they didn't adapt we'd be screwed! Everything is normal, all is well, all is going according to plan; God's Will.

Understand that we are all on this same ride together! In life and in death. And we will be back for more!

Don't be afraid! Embrace!

I don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but not only are a lot of people feeling tired and drained but everyone I know including myself are incredibly thirsty. I've been constantly drinking water, oj, popsicles, etc, and I still feel thirsty all the time. I wondered if it was just me, but I've been hearing the same thing from family, friends, co-workers, extremely exhausted even though we are sleeping extra to try to compensate and constantly thirsty no matter how much we drink. Location western Canada.....

I have been extremely tired since Wednesday. Actually, Wednesday was the worst day, but yesteday and today were days during which I felt more tired than usual. Tired right after getting up in the morning. Worse after lunch (pretty usual) and almost lethargic by the end of the day.

I've just felt weird all day- polluted like I need to do a cleanse or something. It may have a lot to do with the fires here in texas. There's been a smokey smell in the air for days and I feel just ugh....

Tired because my dreams keep me up while I'm asleep. I also wake up 5, 6 times a night. I'm sure stress has a lot to do with it, but I can't rule out external forces that may have some effect.

So it's official, cosmic energies are affecting us right now. I wonder if it gonna do us good in the end.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1516837

Yes, cosmic energys in part. The end? That's a surprise, but you will very much like the new you. Coming to all of you soon.

our bodies need an upgrade, they cant handle the percieving the energies, we need 10x better prosecor and memory, and a new motheboard (internal body structure),

it is the affect of the CME's/solar flares on us!!

Great information here from around the world. Most people feeling the same.
Yes I am the one that did the global pin on this because I think this is important to hear from others that "us" as individuals are not feeling this alone, but the world is feeling this together.

Much love to all!

Sugar doesn't do crap, only gives you an upset stomach from too much consumption. Sugar is a placebo for caffeine.
