Anonymous Coward User ID: 1541768 United States 09/09/2011 05:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | But NFL plays like 11 games a year....the millions dont come easy. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1541582 NFL stands for : Negro Felon League as to play in the NFL you must have a Felony on your record or be planning to become a future Felon. Rugby is a queer sport like soccer. A moot point when you consider 3 home games on the east cost(meadowlands, baltimore, dc) all playing Sunday...thats right, Sunday...the day of rest ...and the 10th anniversary of 911...might be a great night of tv.... btw...soccer is the#1 growth sport in the us and played by more people than any other sport...sorry u aren't coordinated enough to 'get off the line'...probably cant even get off the couch...lol |

NFL and NBA are all criminals. |

Lol you do realize the sillyness in calling rugby queer when you are comparing it to a game where the guys reach between each others crotches and slap each other on the ass, while wearing padded spandex and gear to make their shoulders broader. Meanwhile embracing each other while in a "huddle" Sorry friend but when you compare sports American football is kinda.... gay.... The cheerleaders are just a cover :):5a: |

Which is the harder sport? Rugby is right up there with soccer in terms of boring 3rd world attempts at proper sport, soccer being made up of sissies who cant catch or hit a ball and have no hand / eye coordination (retard), where rugby is made up of alcoholic homosexuals. In both cases the countries involved being to poor and uncultured to lay out a proper gridiron or afford proper equipment. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1530282 United States 09/09/2011 07:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | AC1454475, are you serious? Soccer and rugby are really great, i can't get into cricket but its fun to play in my opinion. I was at the USA-Mexico world cup qualifier in columbus and the dos a cero was one of my favorite experiences as a sports fan. As for those people who don't like gridiron football, i agree its boring dealing with all the commercials but its a blast to play! There is also more in-game participation, there are limited subs in association football and rugby, but in american football everyone has a role to play and lots more people get involved in the action. When they are adults they continue to love the sport and support it. Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean it isn't a worthwhile sport. Its just harder to follow high level club rugby in the usa unless you have the money for premium sports channels, and a lot of international games are ppv. Likewise, i don't expect someone who hasn't played gridirion football since age ten to get the passion usa sports fans have, but the strategy and teamwork involved takes lots of blood, sweat and tears invested. |
