What unusual symptoms are you having with the Solar Flares, if any? (Dizziness, exhaustion, headaches, dreams etc..) - Community Support Thread
The last 24 hours I have been so tired. Not just "tired" but cannot drag myself out of bed tired, also dizziness, headache.

My kids actually at 8:30pm all three said they were tired, and went to bed! No arguing, no stalling, they turned off the TV and lights and went to sleep. If that is not strange I dont know what is.

I'm pretty sensitive to magnetics, and solar activity, so I'm wondering how many other people are, and if you feel "something big" is coming via earthquake etc... Just looking for a little community support, so we can help each other deal with symptoms that the mainstream does not recognize.

Hard to call in to work with the excuse, "I can't come in today, I'm having solar flare and earthquake related symptoms!"

Hang in there folks, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

SOME INTERESTING ARTICLES ON SYMPTOMS TO HELP YOU:

A recent study published in the New Scientist, indicates a direct connection between the Sun's solar storms and human biological effect. The conduit which facilitates the charged particles from the Sun to human disturbance is the very same conduit which steers Earth's weather through the Magnetic Field on Earth, and also through the magnetic fields around humans.

The recent geomagnetic storms are causing earth changing events in the way of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and wind storms.

Geomagnetic Activity on the Sun Influences our Thoughts

Solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System (stomach lining), all brain activity(including equilibrium), along with human behavior and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional- physical) response. Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxious, worried, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, forgetful, have heart palpitations, feel nauseous and queasy, and last but not least, to have prolonged head pressure and headaches; have you been experiencing any of the above lately?

The solar flares and photon waves are changing the fabric of our physical reality as they have a powerful effect on our physical cellular level, causing our cellular memories to awaken and clear. We often experience this as the body heating up in the form of "hot flashes." Our lower emotions are low frequency energy stored in our cells from past experiences and traumas that we have encountered and never processed -so they become stored as cellular memories. Photon energy is a much higher frequency energy that pulls up the lower emotional frequency so it can calibrate to the higher frequency. Thus we find ourselves releasing these lower emotions of sadness and grief without knowing why. These spells will last for about twenty minutes and we are left wondering where these feelings came from out of the blue. The elements of our blueprint are interfaced in the cellular consciousness and when the blueprint is amplified through photon energies various elements of the blueprint leak into our consciousness and we begin to remember our soul's purpose. We are pulled to make changes in our life but we don't really realize why.

---------------------------------

On Wednesday morning, March 6, 2002, most people on the planet felt reasonably well. The next day, many of us felt as though something had happened to us, but we didn’t know exactly what. From across the United States and Canada many were complaining of headaches, sinus problems, physical and emotional hypersensitivity, sleeplessness, heart arrhythmias, bloating, nose bleeds, itchy eyes, breathing difficulties, dizziness, disorientation, allergic reactions and so on.

This was a time when I was especially grateful to be a health intuitive because I was able to distinguish a common thread running through the seemingly unrelated sets of symptoms being reported: solar flares. Scientists predicted an increase in solar flare activity months in advance. Television newscasters had warned us that our television sets might experience electronic overload that could result in an interruption of the broadcast signal. What was not included in those reports was the potential effect solar flares might have on another electrical system — the human body.

The rash of symptoms our clients were reporting were individual reactions of the body’s sensitive “harmonic” electrical system to overexposure to chaotic electrical energy emanating from the solar flares. Such an overload generally causes damage to four main areas of the body: mucus membranes, nervous system, etheric body and axiatonal lines.

------------------------------------------------

The Affects of Recent Solar Flares

Many people are feeling agitated and un-easy recently. The solar flares can break apart old patterns of thought that are no longer needed so new ones can emerge. This can make us feel hyper and exhausted all at the same time. It can also wreak havoc with technology such as computers.

We began noticing many new symptoms. Time and space appear to on a wobble even more erratically than before. We seem to be loosing track of time easily. We lose words when we are speaking. The day simply disappears. We are not sleeping very well . . . again. There is lots of tossing and turning in the night and many are having unusual dreams. We are feeling huge power surges in the body followed by energy drops. There were many reports of nausea, and body aches and pains and dizziness. Many feel deep grief. Some feel like they were walking on water (ungrounded). Others said that when they closed their eyes at night, everything is spinning. There have been visual disturbances, inner ear issues, ringing in ears, throat and thyroid issues, cold feet and even a weird symptom of having tongue dryness. Are you experiencing any of this? This isn't anything to be afraid of ... just be aware of what it is and get extra rest and drink lots of water. This too shall pass.

and I forgot to mention lack of sleep.
Tired, but my mind seems to be on fast forward....
so I toss and turn,
and if I DO manage to sleep, I have vivid dreams and wake up feeling like I did not sleep at all.

Heart murmurs... that is interesting AC, must be the electrical connection you are feeling?

I totally relate to some of the symptoms.

Till some time I never fully understood why I have this pressures in my skull from time to time. They're located behind my hears almost in the back of the head and now I've confirmed that they're coincident with the release of stronger solar geomagnetic action...

I kinda expect every human being to be sensitive to these occurences, some more than others.

I woke up this morning (9/9/2011) at 5:53 AM PST feeling dizzy. This kind of dizziness never happened to me especially after waking up. First I thought it is related to sleeping in same position for whole night. It is now 8:02 AM PST and still feeling dizzy, so I don't think this has to do with my sleep position. I read some news on power outage in southern California and read someone's comment on solar flares may be causing this. Then I thought hmmmmm this can cause headaches and dizziness, so then I search on this topic and found lots of articles and your post. Who knows what's causing me to be dizzy but for sure this is unusual.

A coworker of mine, and I, both have had trouble sleeping during the past several days, tossing and turning half the night and I have been extra exhausted the past week. The times and specific days seem to correlate with the recent solar activity. Interesting, I wonder how we will react to the next few days with these CMEs hitting...

yeah, after I posted this thread two more similar ones popped up, LOL

I've been in bed all day, had to cancel out on most of my plans, the fatigue is so intense.

Migraines. Some painful, others the painless ones that play havoc with your vision, equilibrium, speech, and senses. I felt the CME when it hit this morning. Got a sudden ache around the eyes and heard a ringing at about 21 kHz. (I know that's normally out of human hearing range, but I think my freakish hearing is compensation for being well past legally blind before surgery.) I've spent the rest of the day trying to avoid light, and cringing when I couldn't even wearing the darkest shades I could find.

The pain and having to live in shadows so often right now is pushing my temper to a hair trigger, and I can't stand much of the incessant noise my kids make. (Most is high pitched, and it's like it just short circuits something.) I have to try very hard not to snap at them for just being squeely little girls because it flippin' hurts, and no matter how often I explain the difference between speaking normally and yelling, they seem to think making funny voices and yelling are the same thing.

I'm very much dreading the farmer's market tomorrow, but with it just being one day a week, skipping it makes a big difference.

A plane crash dream. Noticed it was somewhere near my living place and when I turned on the news, it did crash near Diemen, a city region of Amsterdam.

Dehydration but not attributed to higher out put nor heat nor higher physical activity..no reason for it.

Fatigue yes

Eyes and nasal passages dry stinging from dryness so is skin and lings fell hot and dry as well as tired.

Go to bed and dream like I always do the same type of dreams ....reading material studying screens what ever I do in my days I do in my sleep... but now there is this second party in my dreams that you can not hear but they are explaining what I am reading and seeing even given me the vocabulary words that define what I have seen ...words I never used before or truly never even heard before spoken around or to me..

This second part was explaining permeate for permeating and the time and reason for infusion for diffusion...it was so wild...this thing says words right before I wake up it flashes into my sleep and says words then boom I am up awake and like what is that for or about...

Weird yes very weird..lots of things whirling about..but physically feel pretty bad just have to make sure you pet the peeves...give your self more fluids and rest.

I have noticed that during heightened x-ray output (the source behind the solar flares) My bones get really achy (and I'm a pretty young guy still @ 31), my joints get stiff, headaches, sleepiness, and I get argumentative. It's not just the charged particles From The Coronal Mass Ejections, but the X-rays that produce them. When you go to the doctor and shoot X-rays at your body to check for broken bones etc. The only areas that show up are the areas that are bone or dense material. These materials show up because they are creating friction against the xrays themselves allowing for you to see the light bouncing off your bones. Last time I checked my roof wasn't lead so I guess I am unprotected against the suns xrays during heightened levels of xrays. You can monitor xray output live here on NOAA [link to www.swpc.noaa.gov] Currently, there is an x-class solar flare being formed by REALLY high levels of x-rays so watch out for those symptoms.

OMG! I have been telling my husband that the solar flares have been making me sick and he thinks i'm nuts. He however is experiencing problems as well. I have headaches, body aches, tears for no reason, can't sleep, I feel like I am being pulled down into a tunnel while loosing my balance, the surface of my skin feels as though I have rubbed it with hot peppers (very different from hot flashes which come from inside these are on the surface of the skin) I was making dinner the other day and had a very sudden urge to hurl thank goodness there was nothing to hurl or am sure it would have been traumatic. My ears will not stop ringing. Loud inner ear ringing. This is not with me all the time. It come and goes. I have learned it comes with the flares. At night I feel like there are people in my bedroom. At first I was scared looking all over to see if someone had broke in and was hiding in my room. I could feel the presents. No one was there. Out of the corner of my eye I see movement. No one is there. This is so freaking creepy I decided to see if anyone else is having the same problems. Last week during the major flare my feet were like blocks of ice. Could not get them warm. My dogs are acting strange as well. I have three Maltese 2 of them love to sleep with me. One will not even come into my bedroom now without staring into the corner and beginning to shake so bad I become terrified for him. My puppy does not seem to have the same reaction. She is still with me and sleeps well. This is all so very, very disturbing. Anyone have any real answers to this on how to alleviate the symptoms. I mean really ya just can't go to the Doc and say the things I have said above without them putting you on medication for psychological disorders.

I went to baily Colorado a bit ago to a friends no cell phone signal there and within an hour my head like decompressed and wow how good that felt and then my body started to relax and ahhhhh. How good that felt. And I actually easily went to bed easily and quick and when I woke up wow I felt Sooo relaxed. Then I came home to golden and wham, head started to compress and then my body became tense again. Sucksss. And really really really crappy sleep. If you can even call it sleep. 8 hours in bed and maybe 1 hour don't remember sleep. Cell phone towers? Ickkkkkkk.high definition tv towers. Ickkkkk. Enough of the microwave towers everywhere. I defintely feel it!
I had a great massage today and I asked my masseuse how biz was the last couple of weeks, and she said it was OUT OF CONTROL! So many people suffering from headaches and muscle tightness in their necks and backs.
Even my children have had odd symptoms.... nosebleeds, tossing and turning in their beds, tiredness (yup! kids being tired!) hard time concentrating...
DEFINITELY feel wierd.
Oh and very strange dreams . AND my hands keep going numb while I sleep!

Yes! When we had a big C.M.E. a couple of weeks ago, there was one day that I was totally out of it. I was depressed, angry, laid in bed and could not go to sleep, my mind was racing, well, too many weird symptoms to list. Strange.

Been dealing with it for months. Started most notably with vertigo and insomnia. Progressed to constant low level nausea and extreme fatigue. For about 2 months I was a raging bastard to everyone then woke up one day in love with the world and everyone in it. Been checked out thoroughly by several docs. I'm healthy as a horse. Can't get out of bed during daylight hours, dreams are technicolor crazy (a completely new experience), I've started to have memories of things I've never experienced. They're totally real until I realize they aren't real then they fade like smoke (and they're random memories like; where I left keys to a car I don't own and didn't park, things I need to remember to pick up from the store for a family I don't have - its like I'm remembering things from my life in a parallel universe).

Currently I am completely 100% nocturnal, I want to live, I want life to be good - but everything gets exponentially worse everyday. I'm flush with cash, have a great job; life should be good. Inexplicably I find myself depressed, despondent, hopeless, I cry at least once a week. I pray alot. It's like I'm being psychologically water boarded by the sun.

Anyway, something is making me nuts. I'm slowly becoming 'not me' anymore. If it gets worse I'm checking in to the looney bin for medication.

This is interesting... Most of my issues with this last flare have to do with my heart ie. Irregular heart beat and pressure on the heart chakra.
Excellent article it makes sense that our bodies would be reacting to the Sun and releasing past issues...
Also I have been exhausted wanting to sleep a lot just these last couple of days yesterday was the worst!

I don't sleep well when there is solar activity. When there is a large flare I get a weird buzzing sound in my ears and I feel pressure in my head - not exactly a headache but an unpleasant feeling like I'm wired from too much coffee.

And I thought it was just me .....
