I believe in killing animals for food humanely but not like this, not by slicing their throat and letting them bleed to death.

In this day of age there is ABSOLUTELY no reason for an animal to be killed like this for food.

This is not the way to do it. Even animals don't deserve to be killed like this and an innocent animal like camel never deserves that, they just eat grass and live in a harsh environment, wtf it deserved to be acted like this.

As horrific as that was, it is not too different from how cattle, pigs & chickens are slaughtered in western countries, we just rarely have videos depicting the conditions inside our slaughterhouses. many people just think their meat shows up at the store in those neat little wrapped packages.

A slashed throat like a cow or to be electrocuted like a chicken -- both sound pretty awful to me.

In Islam when you sacrifice sheep,cow,or camel you should close animal's eyes with cloth .Please learn and research to Islam from true sources or persons not from ignorant like OP.

I am in UK and my daughter is in her final year at Nothingham university studying Animal Science.
Not long ago we were talking about this and she said that in her lectures they were told that this is the best way of killing an animal.
One of the reasons she sighted was this

I've seen this happen to pigs and they spend the whole time screeching horrifically and gasping for air, you can't tell me these animals are not feeling pain or that shooting them wouldn't be infinitely kinder.
