The President [FDR] will take measures in order to obtain this concurrence on advice from Marshall Stalin.

All I can say that Russian gov't new from the very first days of disaster in Japan that radiation levels released are much higher than we were told.

My friend got a call that days and his father (who have very good connections in Russian government) told him "Please don't go outside during rain - it's radioactive. Don't beleive mainsream news - the disaster is much worse than Chernobyl."

So what are they doing there now - I don't know. May be they want to make more measures. They didn't cross the border, am I right?

And second - (that's especially for Japanese guy) please don't judge people by the government of their land.
