It is only question about South Kuriles. Japan simply raises again the issue. (icoming new premier-minister. the tradition?) why doesn't the Japanese accept the post WW2 boundaries.... good question. even better question - why the U.S. does not recognize these borders? yes....yes indeed.... seems with all this random ww3 rhetoric nowadays on the internet, that the real concern is finishing ww2.... As was WWII to finish WWI. So we are actually going into WWIII to finish WWI?!? |

oyatek User ID: 1543458 Russia 09/10/2011 10:41 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | All I can say that Russian gov't new from the very first days of disaster in Japan that radiation levels released are much higher than we were told. My friend got a call that days and his father (who have very good connections in Russian government) told him "Please don't go outside during rain - it's radioactive. Don't beleive mainsream news - the disaster is much worse than Chernobyl." So what are they doing there now - I don't know. May be they want to make more measures. They didn't cross the border, am I right? And second - (that's especially for Japanese guy) please don't judge people by the government of their land. Last Edited by oyatek on 09/10/2011 10:43 AM |

Don't blame them the Japanese royally fucked up this time. "There are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say, we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know." |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1535899 Australia 09/10/2011 05:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I would be curious to see if they are doing some sort of testing of the air, maybe to verify Japan's story. They would be the expert with this sort of thing having dealt with Chenobyl for the last 20 years. Quoting: Aunty Flo I agree, I think this is most definitely what is going on there with this incident. Flying and monitoring in the proximity of the site will give a very good perspective of the state of emissions and the deterioration of containment, better than localised ground tests for physical hotspots from the appointed authorities (if you even believe their press releases). The Japanese cannot easily hide Gamma emissions that are emitting straight up in a 'fan shape' from exposed fuel material at the site. Monitoring is the only logical explanation of these aircraft IMO. We can speculate - they may be receiving elevated readings and need to confirm it's from Japan. If anyone knows about countries deceiving other countries during these events it's Russia. The west were kept in the dark about Chenobyl. Read the title to the post....Russians spying on Japan(Possibly doing radiation analysis) - Mainstream News your creaming your pants over the O.P.s speculation....use some fukkin logic moron. No, that's my own speculation. |
