Do some digging around the site, there are many remedy threads about psoriasis. I'm fortunate to not have it bad but I do have it on my head. I use the dark blue bottle of head and shoulders and it works for me.

My x had it REAL BAD. Cure - literally - Sunlight. LOTS of it. Tanning booths. I know that lots of sun/tanning booths are not popular - threat of skin cancer and all. But I am telling you...it worked and continues to work for him. It's all gone and has stayed gone for more than 10 years. Lots of sun/tanning booths.

Try increasing your vitamin intake with vitamins know to help the skin. Remember noy yo take too many each day, try for four to six weeks and check results :) good luck.

I dont want to sound rude but you do realize there is a huge difference between psoriasis and dandruff....?

Make a tea of Sweetfern leaves, and apply daily after you wash your hair...Let it sit while you take the rest of your shower, and then rinse...

Tea keeps for weeks in the fridge...

Not natural but..when I had my one and only attack of psoriasis.. it was really really bad all over my body...For months, I tired everything until finally my Dr. prescribed one round (about 7 pills) of methotrexate..knocked it out and I have never ever had another breakout.. that was 19 years ago..

Coal tar soulition. 12.5% if you can find it. If not the strongest that you can find.

Coconut oil...

Do some googling on adding it to your diet and also using it directly on your skin.

I had this problem awhile back when I started to jog. I tried almost everything and it didnt even help. I tried Selsun blue and it didnt work. I tried creams and stuff the doctor gave me but that only fixed it for a while. I mean it was so bad, I felt like I had bugs crawling underneath my skin sometimes when I was asleep or sometimes during the day. It only happened when I jogged. Man it itched like crazy. I went on amazon and bought a body wash that fixed the problem and I havent had it in 2 years since ive been using it.

Turn off the water and use put that on and scrub your body really good and leave it on for 5-10 minutes and you should notice results in under a week. It also helps prevent it from occuring again.

Yep I use 10% tea tree oil soluition in my body wash now that I have my skin condition under control.

My son developed psoriasis when he was 6. I was hesitant to use Protopic ointment or Olux-E foam. He only uses them when the flare-ups are really bad. I just don't know what effects those drugs will have long-term. He is outside as much as possible, and that seems to help.

They have other products as well, I can say having eczema for most of my life. That these products Are the ONLY thing that has worked for my eczema. And has healed it to almost being completely gone.

Nuetrogena tgell shampoo, coal tar soap, vitamin d and uvB (sunlight/tanning in a wolffe bed), but most importantly of all STOP STRESSING SO MUCH ABOUT IT. STRESS is what causes psoriasis. It will only make it much worse. Youre claim that its almost driving you to suicide shows that you are your own worst enemy right now. Chillout, use those hygeine products, and chill out. youre skin is red, itchy, and flakey. So what? Youre alive arent you? Clear skin is moat certainly not more important than life!

Very large doses of vitamin D3 has greatly reduced my psoriasis....

Some have found relief using sulphur based soaps.

Also Dudu Osun soap is fabulous, if less effective.

I actually heard about this years ago being done to cure athletes foot(ringworm). The uric acid kills it.
