Wide awake, can't sleep.
Ok, once again it's another sleepless night for me. Insomnia has a hold of me, LOL. Took my pain meds now i'm just waiting for them to kick in so I can hopefully go to sleep.

Stop by to say hello or stay for awhile if you wanna talk :)

Either way I hope you have a blessed night hf

I know your pain. I've gone days without sleep a handful of times in the past few months. It started when I was a kid, so it must just be how I was made. The off switch takes a while to kick in.

I hear ya. Unfortunately mine has to do with a work injury to my back. The pain doesn't let me sleep and my surgeon won't give me a sleeping pill, LOL, he's afraid i'll get hooked on them. Won't give me strong enough pain meds either but thats a whole other story lolsign

I'm sorry you deal with insomnia. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. When my kids go to sleep i'm up prowling most of the night now. I sleep about 2-3 hours a night on average if i'm lucky then once a week I sleep 8 to play catch up. Guess when my body gets tired it just gives in.

Have you found anything that helps? I am starting to think my brain is wired for this for life now. It's been a long 10 months.

Hello hf

Please do share, how can my insomnia be cured? It's pain related. I have radiculopathy that gets intense in my leg/foot at night and it keeps me awake most of the time. The rest of the time it's probably just because of plain old insomnia. LOL.

I tried melatonin, and it helped me relax more, but it didn't help me get to sleep. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I took benadryl so that I would get enough sleep to not be in "complete psycho bitch" mode, but it stopped working after a few months.

I know it has to do with stress levels. There were a lot of problems at home and at school when it started, and there are parts of my life that would be good for a Lifetime movie.

Pot helped, immensely. But I haven't smoked in a little over 4 years.

Give me some valium and a stiff drink, i'd sleep as much as possible lmao

I am just really concerned about all of the stories about Chinese troops seen in mexico since early March. During the blackout thur. Quit a few posts were deleted quickly warning people that troops were seen in San Diego and arizona. Tonight someone posted that there were NO city lights on in Phoenix. We have friends in the San Diego area who we have not seen on fb or heard from since that night. A bit concerned!

Thanks for listening

afro stoner lolsign

I gave that up many, many years ago ;) Looking back that was always good for relaxing and sleeping, LOL.

I have a friend who had spinal and cervical fusion recently and she takes melatonin, swears by it. She's been urging me to get some i'm just afraid it will interact with my meds. I'll have to call my doctor and ask since he won't give me anything. Ambien would be wonderful but he's too afraid i'll get hooked on it for life. Go figure.

I agree stress does play a big role and God knows I have plenty of that these days but then again, don't we all? So much drama in life with the uncertainty of the financial system collapsing, international feuds, etc., etc. That list could go on for ages then add in the daily stuff and yeah, stress is a big factor.

I lay down about 9pm but don't even get tired until well after 1 or 2am then I shut the computer and try to sleep, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't then it's up and at em early to get the kids ready/fed/etc.

I just wish it would go away and never rear it's ugly head again (the insomnia) LOL.

I agree something isn't right.

Ex husband is ex military and would have told me if he had seen anything odd down there, especially related to the rumors of chinese military tanks and such.

I don't watch news. Gave it up a year ago. The only station on the t.v. in my house is cartoons or a dvd playing for my kids. I get most of my news online. There is so much drama and they do use fear mongering. When Fukushima happened I was glued to the t.v. and news, literally and after 4 days I decided to quit watching it. It was the same thing over and over again. News reporters don't *report* the way they use too. Everyone is controlled and limited in what they can divulge.

I have felt something off for awhile now, probably a couple weeks. I'm a Christian and think that regardless to what is going on with Elenin/Planet X whatever you want to call it, something prophetic is going on. It seems to me that prophecy is speeding up. This month is Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets and it coincides with Elenin's alignment with the Earth. Not going to speculate on what *could* happen, just find it interesting that this is all happening this month and there is such a feeling of uneasiness. Strange thing is though that i'm at peace with whatever happens. I'm not stressed out anymore over doom close to home. That is something new though.
