You are quite welcome ;]. I love music and everything that the creativity represents. Especially from the mid 90's and before. Just was so full of soul no matter if it was hardcore, poppy or alternative. I kind of wish i could have been a teen in the 80's (was born in the mid 80's). Hell any era before mine would have been nice. Especially the 30's and 40's for the jazz. Glad i could help you revive some old memories <3. Hopefully it took your mind off some of the pain.

And of course over sized belts :) You would have LOVED being older in the 80's but you know what, we are born when it is our time so you were born at just he right time. The 90's were good years too. Albeit not as good as the 80's but I remember the 90's quite well too! Do you ever hear an old song on the radio from your childhood/teen years and you instantly get taken back to the moment you first heard it? It's like a flashback. When that happens I can remember exactly where I was or what I was doing when certain songs come on. Interesting how that works. Good memories and yes, it was the perfect medicine to get my mind off the pain. My new pain pill doesn't do much but you certainly took my mind off it and i'm quite relaxed now as a result, so thank you my friend! I wish you were a member so I could give you a karma hug  Yeah i was born in 1984 so we are quite separated, but still quite close. The 40's pin ups <3333. Classical beauty as they say and you really can't go wrong with it. Nor do i think you can go wrong with the sweatshirts hanging off the shoulders and lace. Tis one look i wish would come back into style. I think i would have loved being old in any time just so i could have first hand perception of it. Though I'm not complaining about the time i was born. Plenty of work to be done here (spiritually speaking). And yes, the second time i heard The Doors - Light My Fire. Was only 4 when i first heard it but that song was imprinted into my being. Needless to say when i got older and heard it again it brought me back to trips with my mom. Was quite lovely, and then i found out that it was the radio edit. The instrumental just rocked my world. ;] You are quite welcome <3. But i couldn't sign up to the site as i hate being a member of the group. I'd much rather be the light in the shadows ;]. The karma hug was felt regardless, friend. You have an old soul and a good heart! Two qualities that are blessings! Old souls are wonderful because they can experience life with enjoyment and love and less worry/drama (if that makes sense). People who possess both qualities are few and far between. I am an old soul. I love everything old. I love sitting with my grandma who is 83 and listening to her tell me stories about growing up in the depression, working on the farm and all the family history. I am drawn to it, and many other era's. I believe you are right, there is much work to be done here. Are you a lightworker? Or what is your belief system if you don't mind my asking. It's ok if you don't want to share <3 Age differences are merely numbers that really don't mean much in the scheme of things IMO. I have many close friends who are in the 50's and on up. When you have a good heart and an old soul you make friends easily out of your age bracket, it's almost like you are drawn to them. Interesting how that works but it seems to have played true many times in my life. I am happy to call you my friend and am glad that you felt that karma hug even though I couldn't deliver a green thumbs up to you ;) I would upgrade our membership for you if I have enough karma but you don't have an offer upgrade. I understand your desire to remain an AC though too. Sometimes the greatest people you meet in life are those that you never truly know who they really are. Chance encounters From an AC's perspective I can see how it could be enjoyable to be in the background and not *known*, if that makes sense. I like the fact you are a light in the shadow and your light shines bright  Well thank you for noticing, friend. This world is so full of peril, hatred and negativity that i try to give back as much positivity as i can. People forget how fragile the human psyche is. You and I are quite similar. History feels like it is home to me. I wouldn't consider myself a light worker per say, but i suppose if that is the label that best fits. I've recently started reading up on the subject and find that i am quite agreeable with it. I also dabble in Taoism but it seems to be aligned with the light worker idea also. I just believe that people in this world need help and I am here to give that whenever i can even if it means sacrificing my own. Tis a lonely road occasionally, but you just have to keep focused on the bigger picture, because it really is beautiful. Agreed, while I don't consider myself to have many friends in the classical sense I'm also drawn to the essence or soul if you will so age rarely plays a part in it. Plus confining yourself to one age bracket means you don't learn from those who've grown in a different perception. Gaining as much knowledge about the human condition from all angles is really quite important. Ah, well I wouldn't want you to give me anything that another may want more. Though i would graciously accept it if you offered as it's a sign of the connection we've made. One that i appreciate more than you know. This site is regularly about doom so it is nice to see somebody who is more centered than most. But I don't think you can say you don't know me ;]. Plus i go by Az when i can remember that i need to type in a name lol. The darkness needs the light the most. The mind of clouds and shade need a bit of enlightenment. <3 I am very happy to call you friend. <3.
