Another thing I find odd about this "speech" is the fact that he did not preface the scripture reading with anything. Most people would announce what they were going to read or say a few words beforehand...we got nothing, nada just a stilted, painful reading of a bible scripture o'doom.

The date 01/01/46 seems to correlate because it was the END-date of a long line of emperors who claimed "I AM GOD" to their nation, century after century just as the ancient Egyptians did...

Who are you referring to, when you say "you people"? If you are referring to me, then you need to inquire a little more about a person's background before making a judgement call about someone you have little to no knowledge of. You do not have any knowledge of my background, my upbringing, or my beliefs. I know you don't, because I haven't shared this with you.

No politician has the power to create or change my beliefs. My relationship with God is my relationship with God. My beliefs are my beliefs and are not tied to anything some politician has to say. They use religion when and only when it serves their purpose. I know that ultimately they don't care about anyone other than themselves. They will lie and cheat, they will continue to bring war and allow suffering of innocents to continue all under the name of their true gods "money and power". Ultimately, when the time comes, they will scramble to save themselves and will allow everyone else to perish. They will save themselves and no-one else. They don't believe in anything but power and money and what it can do for them. While many proclaim to have faith in God, they are nothing more than wolves in sheep's clothing.

I don't believe for a minute that Barack Obama gives a shit about any God, nor does he care about what happens to anyone who isn't pushing funding his way. He is all about himself and is the classic definition of narcissism. Being forced to read this from the Bible made him appear to be ill.

He didn't choose this chapter to read for the masses. Someone else chose it for him. They are pointing to an event, most likely a natural event, that is forthcoming and not necessarily a religious one, but they are going to use religion to convey the message because it would be imprudent for them to say "okay, it's time to head for the hills".

While the message was read aloud for the masses, the message itself wasn't for the masses. This was an "all call" for the elite. The time has come for those "in the know" to move to their respective places of comfort and safety...the shelters. Those shelters were not constructed for the general population, but for the elite who can afford the price and purchased a ticket.

As for the rest of us, we are on our own.

Depressed because he knows he's ultimately going to pay a heavy price for allowing this to happen, but this should not be mistaken as any type of remorse for he (Bush) has none.
