FEMA Equipment Movement - North Dakota

North Dakota had two very long floods this year starting in the spring and lasting thru a majority of the summer, along the Missouri River (Bismarck and Mandan) and the Mouse River (Minot and several other smaller communities). They are trying to get temp housing and schools before winter hits.

I don't know, could it be the big azz storm in Alaska.
