Greek 1-Year Debt Yield Hits 108%, Still No Comment From Trichet; U.S. and Germany 10-Year Yields at New Record Lows


Greece 1-Year Government Bond Yield



I have been expecting Greek yields to surpass 100% and here we are, and still with no comment from ECB president Jean-Claude Trichet.

Meanwhile U.S. the 10-Year treasury yield hit a new all-time low of 1.89% and the German 10-Year bond yield hit a new all-time low of 1.72%

Yield on the 10-year Italian bond rose .06 to 5.47%.

So, what's Trichet going to do for his going away party?

The markets are manipulated, they do whatever the controllers want it to do. Means nothing.

I don't get what the real fuss is about.
Right now the UK market is down by 2.5% at approx 5100, but this is nothing compared to the low it was on a 52 week range. The lowest on 52 week range was below 4800 and still the country survived.
So even if it collapses to low of 52 week range of 4800, nothing is going to happen because it has been there before and no one died.

Greece is going bankrupt this week, gold is dropping because brokers know there is not enough of it to realize all that has been sold on paper, don't even think 20% of what is sold exits

I don't get it either. The usual relationships don't seem to be the norm anymore

That is a reason for gold to RISE, not fall.

Totally... it's why when I read people wanting to see the system collapse it makes no sense to me.

The elites control the system... this is all design and when they do decide to pull the plug it will be because it benefits them greatly.

When the system collapses and time gets tough... they can then stage a couple terrorist attacks... when times get tough people will want the old ways and safety... when times get tough people will willingly give up there liberty to be safe.

People are so stupid... a collapsed market only benefits the elites.
