this is true, earth in biggy doo doo right now, they need to be down closer. If they come down in mass, small one, please board and help others to do so. I don't think that is going to happen just yet, unless you live in a big fault line or something of that sort. The evacuated many folks during the Japan Tsunami. some of you saw video's with a bunch of craft seeming to almost skim the water.

It may be an electromagnetic ion/plasma effect. When associated with clouds and/or wind, its thunder. But the acoustic effect can occur if air molecules are highly energized by the flow of EM energy. It could be coming from the Sun or it could be the result of the energy ribbon NASA has been afraid of.

When I heard it in North Mississippi it was steady, and machine like. I had never heard it here before, not sure I have EVER heard it. I heard it around 6 am a couple days ago. It didn't faze the dog. I just tried to think what might be in the area to make such a sound. Nothing that I know of. And I haven't heard it since. But if I do, I will try to record it.

The northern lights can be heard with a radio reciever.What if the sounds are upper level ion atmospere and magnetosphere interference patterns? The solar winds were high today.

I believe this is my very first post here! I am a member of another CS, which will remain anonymous but after reading this thread, I had to join in.

I didn't read through every post of the 16 pages so would like to ask if anyone can remember if there were any replies from the Delaware/PA area?

I live in this vicinity and starting at about 7:45am till about 8:15am, I heard the same "growling" sound. The sound that I heard, did not really stop and start, it was a constant, low rumbling. You could almost feel the sound. It truly seemed like it was "of the earth".

My boyfriend is not into all this stuff and is not a morning person, so when I kept asking him what that noise was, he was not interested in discussing it - to say the least.

One question I thought was maybe the sound was moving north? The original OP was hearing the sound in W.V. around 4am. I started hearing it at about 7:45am. So I am very curious if anyone between W.V. and P.A. has posted the same experience today.

I have started keeping a journal of these reports to see if I can find any correlation. Thanks in advance, I'm glad to finally have joined in the GLP discussion.

if you would like to hear the good news, some are very deep and will be safe, depends on the location. Others will not fair well, but star fleet paid a lot of carrots to get them to build some of that stuff down there so YOU CAN USE IT< because earth man has not been able to prepare. Russia and China and some other countries have built enough shelters for their populations. Thugs in this country only worried about themselves.

Gia7 - the person above, Seraph Stray, also in WV reported (and posted vid) claiming they heard the noise from 3am onwards. OP's post was, as you noted, roughly 4am.
