I want to expand on this channeling to say that changes are coming to our system from the top down now, where as before it was more bottom up, through the various levels of the Earth. Elenin is the timing for reprogramming the astral plane around this perihelion.

The plan is to flood that plane with better energy and hopefully clean it up. Numerous entities are hiding in the Astral plane and further progress on Earth cannot advance until this polluted emotional ocean is dealt with. People will be feeling this cleansing from the perihelion and it will cause people to feel listless, dissonant, and manic depressive.
