I love the moving goalposts (NOT). First it was perihelion and 9/11. Then now it's 188 days. Then it'll be 9/26. Then it'll be October, then November, etc., etc.

I'm still curiously following, but it takes away credibility when predictions fail and goalposts move again. Admit the screw-up, refine your prediction model, and try again. Don't just piss into the wind as if the previous failures didn't exist.
