Yes. It was his mother that was trained in Gnosticism. Thus for that part to be left out of the Christian churches text and narrative left seeds of doubt within the weave that Protean speaks. It's a farce. The text under my user name refers to the fact that I am the New Age Messiah, all religions are proved 100% false by the Goddess Tefnut.  I understand the analogy of I am the way and the truth and the light and no man comes into the father but through me. I understand the reality of the petri dish of heaven and the abyss and the earth and the womb to nurture life. I do not understand those that claim to be a Messiah though. To me that seems to but perpetuate the text that led us astray into worshipping Messiahs. Maybe I miss your point of the message of I am.
