I'm speaking of methods using the simplest forms; the fabric of matter. To what end? Allowing a hundred thousand poor people and one rich kid to win the lottery? C'mon, man. I know this is a conspiracy site, but geez. Occam's Razor would say this kid just got lucky. Lightning strikes sometimes, ya know? Besides, how do they know who bought which numbers? You have to pay with cash. At least that's how it is in Georgia and Florida. (Yeah, I play it. I buy one ticket whenever I'm in either state, just for the hell of it.) I'm done arguing about this with you. If you really think they're manipulating matter to pick a preferred lottery winner, we can't really have much of a conversation. Have fun with it, though. My state dropped the ping pong and started using a computer, just another way to limit the winners. Since this is the subject, how many of you have won 1000's in instant scratch offs? I know of no one, but you can bet the barn the lottery officials know and them with a few others corner the markets. That would be interesting to see where the winners are located, what county or city, store, gas station or where ever else? something doesn't seem legit with this? | Anonymous Coward User ID: 1538028 09/13/2011 06:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thanks for posting this OP. The lotto is 100% rigged, and the proof is in the (winners) pudding. The late 1990's - Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. A guy (I won't post his full name on here - last name Clark though) wins the 6/49 jackpot. Then within a year, HE WINS IT AGAIN. And then guess what? HE WINS ANOTHER JACKPOT, albeit a smaller one. then he wins a few hundred thousand on SportsSelect or whatever it's called. What are the odds of that? One guy winning 3 jackpots in less than two years, along with a bunch of other money? Then there's the guy in Alberta who has won the 6/49 FIVE TIMES in like six years. Last time I'm aware of was in 2009, and it came out that he is related somehow to the people who run the lotto kiosk/store he buys his tickets from. Then there's last year's big winners of the new lotto here in Canada (Max Millions I think it's called). They won something like $50 million, and of course they are related to a big wig with the natives (head of/former head of all native groups in Canada). There never has been and never will be investigations into the lotto and how it's so obviously set up. My parents played the 6/49 for DECADES and didn't win anything, maybe 80 bux at most. But these other people win multiple times in a matter of years? My opinion is that lotto winnings are "won" by certain people as a way of the government paying out to people for certain things, kind of a governmental money laundering if you will. Let's say you do something/work for the gov. They want to pay your 5 million bux but they can't, taxes, all that. So they let you "win" your payment from them. |

But try calling and get an answer, they won't tell you jack, nothing. Aren't the MegaMillions and Powerball still balls? It's been a year or two since I've seen the drawings on TV, but I thought they still were. Here's a link to the Powerball frequency table - pretty even selections overall. [link to powerball.com] On an interesting side note - I decided that I was a lucky person to know (although I have NEVER won a thing personally). A good friend of mine from Kansas won the Powerball a number of years back. Then, a family friend in Minnesota won the Powerball a few years later. Neither of those people had any money to speak of prior to the wins. But then, a hunting buddy of my husband's from Missouri won (it wasn't Powerball and was only 3 million but I don't remember which lottery it was). Anyway, he was very wealthy b/4 the win which was just a drop in the bucket for him. |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 1341176 09/13/2011 06:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Its a fact the Indiana Lottery is rigged. About 10 years ago the then lottery commissioner actually stated, when asked why the computer system reports back to the lottery head quarters each set of numbers picked for each game, that the lottery HQ uses those number to make sure they never award more than they bring in - at around the same time the lottery went from ball drops to computer picks. Also, under the old televised ball drops, there were winners almost once a month. The lottery hardly ever reached above 5 million. Now it gets up to 15-20+ million on a regular basis. Computer picks, with no video recording, no witnesses, no tv, no nothing. Indiana is the #1 most corrupt state for the lottery. |
