The only way it's rigged is, it's basically mathematically impossible to win. You're smart to not play, but there's nothing nefarious going on with the lottery commissions. They readily admit what the odds are, and these morans continue to play. Who's to blame the states for taking the free money?

put it this way when you sign up to an online gamblimg site anyway they let you win when you enter the new member promo codes and after you nearly double your first wins, ie a quater extra than you put in they then make you lose by putting your wins down so you get addicted and make you gamble every penny, 888 and jackpot joy do this, I have spoken to many people who work in this industry, they also have a thing called ticks where you lose money and plus or minus bonus points so if you leave a gamble room you lose what you basically have already net and carry on losing especially if you have to re deposit

Why would anyone think a kid who went to college and is gainfully employed and a contributing member of society not worthy of winning? I think it's great he won. What irks me are the low-life trashy people who win and then piss it all away in a matter of a couple of years and end up broke. At least this kid gave some to charity.
