You can all stop cooking now.. Jimmy John's awesomeness is here to stay!

I recommend "Life's a Beach" for starters.

Don't knock youself out with the time and effort of home cooking!

Here is our favorite

Stuffed Peppers

12 large bell peppers
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg
2 lbs 92% ground beef (preferred for less oil and shrinkage but not mandatory)
Generous sprinkling of Cilantro
Pinch of Fenugreek
Ground Pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion, finely chopped
Black pepper to personal taste
3 cans of tomato paste
1 can of tomato sauce

The stuffing, mix the cooked rice with the ground beef add the onion, cilantro, Fenugreek, Ground Pepper, and Garlic until blended and evenly distributed.

Remove the stems from the peppers and remove the seeds and extra growth from the peppers then fill them with the stuffing. If you have, extra stuffing after filling the peppers then make the rest into meatballs and toss them into the pot.

It is best to dilute the 3 cans of tomato paste with water before pouring into the pot then add the tomato sauce then water so that all the peppers are covered. Bring to a boil then drop the heat and cook until the peppers are soft and you can have a dinner for two days.

Thankyou for sharing that. I never thought of putting cilantro in stuffed peppers, I bet it gives it great flavor.

She's having another boy. And yes, she has several odd names picked out. I guess we'll see. Thanks for asking.
On the above stuffed pepper recipe, I noticed that they use fenugreek seeds. Did you know that I make a tea with them to use as a gargle for sore throat? Very effective.

very bitter in a tea. Quite yucky, actually, but really does the job. You can always chase the gargle afterwards with water or other sweet tea.

Top Ramen.

Boil 2 cups of water.
Open package of noodles, put into boiling water. Let cook for 4 min.
Open sesoning packat, and pour into water with noodles.
Stir to mix
Serve hot.

Servings per package 2 (not really, but thats' what it says)

It's cheaper then Mac N' Cheese, when you're on a budget.

Yes. Waiting patiently. Mmmm. Green beans. Was so hungry for veggies that yesterday I fixed some of last years garden baby limas (the "real" baby limas, not the big white starchy things) with okra and corn, then stir fried some yellow and zuchinni squash with onions, cornbread and ready for it? Sliced tomatoes.

Today was bbq baby back ribs, baked potato, salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, sliced boiled egg, sliced zuchinni, and topped with ranch dressing. Sherbet for dessert. It was fine.

Good Evening, Good Morning, according to where you may be,

Haven't been on here in awhile, but do think of you guys often.

I hope everyone is doing fine!

I was taking a last look at some newspaper articles before going to bed, and came across these yummy award-winning barbecue sauce recipes.

I thought you guys might want to try one or two for the summer barbecues, so here is the link:
