Rabbit stew with red beans and rice.

I put the rabbit in there with three cans of chicken broth, yellow squash, zucchini, onion, celery, carrots, seasonings, and some water. let that cook on high for however long 3-4 hrs and then I add the whole pack of red beans/rice mix to the stew and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Let it cook, thicken up and there ya go. i'm from the country. i love that kind of dish. thank you for the recipe. i'm going to put that in my file. while i was pregnant, i ate red beans and rice everyday. i love anything, within reason, with red beans and rice.
