Crockpot Pulled Pork
Chop one onion and put in bottom of crockpot. Add a pork shoulder roast (boneless is nice but not necessary)with the fat side up. Smear with about a cup of orange marmalade. Sprinkle generously with minced garlic and liquid smoke. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
