Hey guys, I made Scorpio's "stuff with the hashbrowns" last night. It was really good! I made a couple of changes to it, because I didn't have exactly what it called for. I used a can of mexicorn instead of regular corn, next time I'll use 2 cans. I didn't know what size bag hashbrowns to use. I had a bag of 1 1/2 lb., used that and used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk. I cooked it on high for 4 hours in my crockpot. The guys said it was a keeper! I think so too!

I used 2 cans of soup 'cause I was afraid it would be too dry with all those hashbrowns. Now I've forgotten what page it was on, I think it was 49.
