Supreme Court: No 'Due Process' Guarantee for Those Unable to Pay Child Support

The majority basicly said, "slaves have no rights."

None of those majority judges can look themselves in the mirror and say they upheld the U.S. constitution with that decision. But, they can all look in the mirror and say that they pushed the agenda of the real powers that they have sworn allegiance to.

There is no uniform application of law. It is like 'is there a law'.

In Vedic law husband and wife can separate under some circumstances, but neither is free to remarry. This puts a brake on running away from responsibility.

Vedic system also relies heavily on family values. Many generations of a family lived in a large house without any dispute. So children always had company and lived in a real world rather than today's artificial TV world. So many problems in relationships are due to un-natural expectations from partners, due to child growing up lonely and without guidance of parents and family.

And, media brainwashing to generate those expectations.

Right. I'm sure the Jewish Justices - Ginsburg, Sotomayor, and Kagan - are all an element of "papal tyranny"...

Vedic culture lays hevy emphasis on social harmony. It advises joint families - where many generations of a family live together. Houses were big because families were large. Guruji says that typical house in Ayodhya was seven stories high. People lived long - most people crossed 100 years of age easily. People were healthy and disease was rare. No Vedic king claimed himself to be son of God or ruling in the name God. Kings were themselves bound by Vedic law, as much as the public. The punishment prescribed in the Vedic law was applied uniformed to everybody from top down.

So…no matter what the man is screwed? Even if they have custody and a great lawyer.

Most divorced moms don't get this stuff. They have to work like everyone else and struggle to make ends meet. They expect some support to come in (per court ordered child support) and when the husband quits paying, it' hard on the family. There are many families where the wife set her career goals on hold and stayed home or took a part-time job so that she could raise the kids more effectively. The husband made sufficient to support the family. Then, he gets catches roving eye of the secretary and pretty soon there's a bun in the oven and he's divorcing the wife in order to raise the new family. The wife & kids end up living on a $20,000 job because with her recent work history, that's all she can get. Yet he makes six figures (and sometimes has his own hidden stash of cash) and doesn't want to pay his share. I've seen this happen a bunch of times. It's the old first wife-trophy wife kind of thing.

It should read "for those that blatenly REFUSE to pay Child Support." And it should also read, "Will be sent to FEMA camps".

After my ex wife spent 1800 a month of child support on drugs and parting, she lost the house then abandoned the kids. I took custody of them and went to court to get child support from her. The court told me that if she isn't working they won't have a hearing on the matter. Later during the divorce I wasn't allowed to tell the judge any of this. Her lawyer said I could not prove that she actually got the money even tho it was taken out of my check by the state. The judge then rewarded her by giving her half of my pension and a thousand dollars a month for the rest of her life. Fuck the system and fuck all judges and lawyers.

I wish they had this here, here people pay nothing and get away with it for the whole of the kids lives.

Then you should have no problem with paying nobody as well.

If one should pay the other, then it goes both ways, as two were necessary to create this monetizable and marketable situation.

I agree with SC's decision because if you can't raise your kids, you shouldn't have them in the first place.

You can't have a kid and expect somebody else to do a parent's job for you because you are so irresponsible parents.

I know people who collect welfares on behalf of their kids.

They should put them in jail period.

Once the state puts the father in prison,
then the state has to provide for 2 people,
